Town & Country Motor Inn

Very clean and updated facilities, particularly the renovated bathroom was lovely. We had a room which was located next to a property which had an extremely bright spot light on all night. The curtains could not block the light so did not get a great night's sleep but slept with a sleep mask so that helped a bit. Reception very helpful and friendly, particularly as we were getting in late so the key was ready for us in the box. Good location, close to the town.

Very comfortable bed. Clean and tidy. Lovely reception staff. Handy to just walk to the Golf Club for dinner. The truck noise on Highway was not really an issue. The microwave was a weird set up and needs some explanation so people can use it if they want to.

The shower screen leaks alot but it goes into a floor drain. Just means the bath mat is soaked.

We have stayed at this motel on a previous occasion. The rooms are exceptionally clean and the bedding very comfortable. This motel is set back from the main road and makes for a quiet stay. It is within walking distance to town and is also next door to the golf course and the Golf Club (a two minute walk for a good meal).

Nothing to complain about.

Our room was a great size with plenty of space to relax on the lounge. The bed was very comfortable and the room was a good temperature with little need for heating or cooling. It also had a door outside to a small patio with a view of the golf course. The room appears recently refurbished and was very pleasantly done. Added bonus was the Golf Club next door doing great meals and being on the road to Parkes suited us perfectly. Would definitely recommend a stay here.

Kitchen cabinet under the bench was ordinary, not disfunctional or dirty but was not in keeping with the standard of the room. Bench could have been a bit bigger.

A very good Motel for travellers along the Newell Highway,providing good clean rooms and comfortable beds. Has Bistro type Hotel meals at an ajacent Hotel.Friendly.helpful staff. Good value for your money.

This motel needs work done on its driveway,it is rough and uninviting and sells the Motel short.

Room was really clean and tidy. loved the service staff, they noticed I don't drive often in that road and gave me some really helpful advice. would happily visit again.

Room was cold at night I would have liked a heater, but heated blanket was there, so it was fine. Overall I loved the place.

The rooms were clean, a great size and heated well considering it was winter. The beds were extremely comfortable and the bathrooms were well appointed and so so clean. The products products provided in the bathrooms were high quality! We loved our stay and would stay again in a heartbeat!

Nothing to dislike with this property. It exceeded our expectations and we would stay again for sure.

clean n tidy, booked the spa room and used the spa which was very relaxing, great place to stay slightly out of town but on the golf course so great to go for a stroll around.

no actual footpath into town if u walked, however this is a council issue so can’t blame the motel, I did notice the kettle was filthy had white flakes inside it so couldn’t make myself a tea.

A friendly welcome, and being allowed to check in even though we arrived early. Room and bathroom were nicely decorated and the shower worked very well. The bed was large and comfortable. Our room overlooked the golfcourse: sitting on the patio outside in the sunshine looking at the many birds, and few golfers was very pleasant. Next door was the golfer's pub and restaurant which was very convenient for evening meals.

The previous occupant of our room was clearly a smoker who had disobeyed the rules. The soft furnishings had absorbed the burned tobacco smells which couldn't be dispelled simply by leaving the doors open. Thankfully the manager was sympathetic and accommodating and moved us to another room for our second night.
