This hotel has a nice boutique feel. It's got nice big rooms and there was everything I needed for one night. I really liked being able to get home and had a great sleep in the comfy bed. From hotel door to airport gate was 30 mins so you can't argue with that. It's very convenient for Central.

The neighbourhood is a bit dodgy (or felt that way) but maybe I'm being unfair. I was a bit nervous walking by myself in the dark and I did get stopped by some crazy lady in a woolie hat that asked me to send her money by PayPal. I read other reviews about the aircon and I admit there is this very blowy fan in the ceiling of the room that you can't turn off which is slightly weird but at least it wasn't stuffy.

The breakfast was good, a broad variety of options -- though I did miss it because I slept in a couple times haha

It might just be myself (I don't often stay in hotels) but I would like a little clearer explanation/instruction on how to use the transport and technology for the hotel. I didn't realise until a good while after check in that I had to use my card for the lift/access the lights in my room and even then struggled for a bit before I got used to it

All the staff were so accommodating and friendly. We were staying with our 4 month old and were initially put in a room with broken aircon (blasting cold air into the room even though thermostat was set to 30). After explaining that this was too cold for our baby they were able to find us another room. The new room was slightly bigger which was super helpful as they provided us a cot for bub and we also had suitcases with us so made it easier to move around the room. Drink facilities in the foyer with complimentary breakfast "on the go" (muffins etc) - this was really nice to grab a drink and something to eat before heading out for the day. Location is fantastic.

The room we were put in initially with the aircon blasting cold air. It would still be nice to have a couple of coffee and tea sachets in the room since there is a jug/cups etc if you don't feel like going down to the foyer.

Great location to the Central train station (about a five to ten minute walk to the main entrance through the tunnel, and bus station close by. A shopping centre and McDonalds is near by too. Lots of people during the day and night are around, so you don't feel alone. My room was decent, it was noisy a little bit near the elevator, but I people were too loud a lot. Clean sheets, comfy bed and various pillow firmness. All the basic amenities (kettle, microwave, hangers on an exterior wardrobe frame) TV with streaming services. Small fridge, lots of plug outlets. Strong lighting. Coffee isn't needed if you grab one from the nespresso downstairs. Friendly staff, good coffee and snacks in the morning on hand. This is always appreciated. Water in shower was hot, hair dryer supplied.

The shower didn't have an extractor fan, so the bathroom steamed up, and I had to wedge open the heavy bathroom door with the room's chair...which then blocked the main entrance door. XD There wasn't a full length mirror, so I had to stand on the chair to see in the mirror. The supplied shampoo , body wash and conditioner was low quality. I forgot my travel products and don't recommend using these. Go out and buy some of your own.

The location was fantastic, less than 5 minute walk to Central station - this made it so easy to get everywhere we wanted to go, including to/from the airport. The pastries for breakfast and 24/7 coffee/tea available in the lobby were very much appreciated. The room size was much bigger than expected, plenty of space for us.

The walls/door to the hallway were quite thin (we could hear our neighbors late into the night/early morning when they were talking loudly or walking by our room). The bathroom did not have a fan (or at least we could not figure out how to turn it on if it existed).

Location was perfect for me because I needed to catch a very early morning inter-city train from Central Station. I asked for a quiet room and was put at the back of the hotel on a high floor. Given how busy it was outside, I was amazed how quiet the room was. Aircon was wonderful, especially as the outside air temp and humidity were bordering on unbearable for this time of year, and it was not a "noisy aircon"; it didn't keep me awake at all. Staff were wonderful in providing information I was after. The Nespresso machine was always available for guests and produced surprisingly good coffee!

The bed was on the hard side for me - I spent the first night tossing and turning and using pillows to relieve pressure points. The next night, I swapped sides of the bed and, strangely, it was a little better. The doors to the room and bathroom were hard self-closing, so I was bothered by inconsiderate guests across from me letting their doors slam at odd hours. I also ended up propping open the bathroom door so I could wander in and out without having to open a heavy self closing door every time. However, the positives of this hotel greatly out-weighed the things I wasn't so fond of (and hotels can't control the behaviour of other guests).

Fantastic location right near central station, rooms are clean, spacious, well appointed with the basics. Beds are comfy with plenty of pillows, bathrooms are clean and pretty updated, and i love the coffee machine and mini breakfast bar in the lobby for this mornings when you just need a quick on the go fix. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Definitely an excellent affordable option right in the city centre, have stayed here several times and will stay again!

No complaints, although i do wish you could prop open the ensuite door (it swings shut behind you) so you don't have to open it constantly while going back and forth getting ready in the morning

The staff were very friendly and informative. The room was very compact but comfortable. The facilities were very clean and maintained daily. Access to WiFi, TV, ph etc.... Bed was comfortable Easy access and location to convenient store and Woolworths a plus. Complimentary Coffee, tea, water, fruit and cookies station in the Lobby was excellent.

Microwave available however an extension chord was needed to be provided as where the microwave was loccated there was no powerpoint access. I had to lift the microwave and place it next to the TV to access power. It was heavy. Fortunately I only had to use it once. There was some difficulty adjusting the aircon and heating in the room. A remote access would have been appreciated. Unfortunately in the morning of Wednesday 23 August the ice box and ice cubes of the fridge melted and water dripped into some items I had stowed in the fridge.

Location is perfect, right next to central station making it easy to get around the city, and there are heaps of restaurants, cafes, bars, and grocery stores nearby. It is also very good value for money, the rooms, beds, and amenities are very good for the price. The front desk service is also fantastic.

There's only one elevator for the whole hotel, which can be quite annoying and lead to long wait times. You can't really adjust or turn off the air conditioning in the room. The windows in the rooms also cannot be opened, which is quite annoying.

Location is close to the Central station. It's a walking distance and didn't take too much effort to locate it the first time! Also it's located in the CBD, of course, and can dine out without having to take a bus or train.

(1) The elevator is bit of slow. (2) Floor number is not clearly labelled once the elevator reaches certain floor and one can miss it by having some one presses the intermediate floor to go up or door.
