Marco Polo Motor Inn Sydney

The room was the perfect room to stay in before the Taylor Swift concert. Great value for a short stay, big mirrors and clean bathroom perfect for getting ready in. Decently comfy beds and convenient microwave, kettle and utensils in the cupboard. Plus the surrounding neighbourhood is super cute with trees and adorable houses lining the street (Sloane St/Kensington Rd)

The pillows were a little hard but I brought my own pillow so there was no issue and we couldn't find a proper room bin so we had to use the bathroom bin.

Calvin upgraded our room for more space for us. Moved out car when we weren't confident too do so ourselves lol. Had reception 24/7. Calvin explained the best places too eat and was helpful in any way possible. Hot shower, clean beds, tv, toaster, mini-fridge, kettle w/ tea and coffee and milk. Great price. 7km from each main suburbs. Cleaners were nice. Cctv carpark. Thanks Calvin

Soap in shower was empty and paper towel above sink but if needed, Calvin would have supplied instantly, was not a bother though. Cleaners always busy and trying their best. Thanks Calvin mate

Staff are unreal go above and beyond to meet your needs and wants beds are so comfortable we had a new renovated room WiFi fast and easy walk to train then 15 mins to the city The local pub at summer hill was the best I've been to We will stay again and recommend this motel to anyone reading this

The steps no lift not good for older people or ones with disabilities but that was my only fault and we are a young family so didn't bother us too much

This was a lovely property in a fantastic location. The train station is within walking distance and there's a bus stop basically across the road that takes you straight into the city centre. The vintage décor in the rooms gives a lovely, cosy feel and everything is spotlessly clean. The staff were super friendly and helped me work out the best way to get to the art gallery, where my conference was. They also helped me find the best Chinese food. It was also very well priced, especially considering how convenient it is to the city. And there was free, secure parking on site. All round great value for money.

My only complaint is that there wasn't a power point easily accessible to the bed that I could find. But the convenient location and price completely outweighed this very minor detail.

I enjoyed my stay there the rooms are actually good for a motel. I had a very good room for my 2 firsts nights. There is a bus stop just in front of the motel which takes you in the city for around 30min or you can walk 7min to the train station (summer hill). There are also some supermarkets closed to just 10min walk (Woolworths, organic shops... ) 7eleven just in front of the building .

The house keepers don't clean enough and prices are way too high in the week end !

It is very accessible to the train station, light rail and bus. One can also easily book a taxi fr here. Clean, quiet and comfortable rooms. Staff were very accommodating in facilitating our needs. Thank you. We highly recommend this place👍

No lifts but manageable.

Kalvin and staff all help and aid in anything you need, just ask them. Helped fix our room up instantly with no problems. Very close to summer hill train station (600m). Second time we've stayed here. Nice new lil garden outfront. Close to food and pubs. Cleaners are very nice and do their best

Need new light bulbs in lights near main bed

The manager was very welcoming, big smile, and wave as we drove in. The room was clean and all the usual ammenities were included. Great spacious apartment for two that had the ability to sleep 4. Parking is 100% secure. Manager spaced out the guests at the time to ensure privacy as occupancy was at 60% when I asked. Will be back again when needing a good quiet comfy place to stay with privacy and awesome welcoming and help throughout the stay 🤙🏼

Staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are good and spacious. Bed is confortable, plugs closed to the bed in certain rooms. Good amenities (fridge, micro wave, cutlery and possibility to cook...) Very closed to public transport , bus stop just in front or train station 7min foot . Groceries shops 10min foot . Reception is open 24h.

Cleaning is not so good

Super comfortable room. Very well maintained and really clean, Bed was incredibly comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Parking on site. Bus stop 30 metres away. It was perfect for our visit.

It's a very small point, but it would be nice to have a second chair so we could both sit down without one of us having to sit on the bed. Otherwise, it was perfect.
