Comfort Inn & Suites Burwood

The room was quiet, away from the highway. The hotel was convenient and comfortable, a lovely Italian restaurant across the highway and a Thai restaurant and an Indian restaurant very close by.

Our rooms were spacious and clean. Having parking onsite and easy to access was wonderful. The staff were friendly. We booked the accommodation because of it's location close to my son's home so that was great for us.

The sleeper in the sitting room kept moving apart so it was not comfortable to just sit on as a couch. More packing space in the bedrooms would be great - instead of the desk (there is one in the sitting room too), a chest of drawers would be wonderful. We didn't need to do much cooking but, if we had, it would have been a problem. For a four-sleeper, there was only one tiny pot - we were given a beautiful, new pot when we asked for one. Also, a new dish drying cloth each day of our stay would have been lovely, as well as a small brush and dustpan to sweep up the children's mess.

Pleasant friendly greetings from the reception staff, easy to park, clean and comfortable room easily accessible.

A small table and chairs were outside the room where we had an open window and another guest used the space to smoke his cigarettes. The smell and smoke entered into our room - late at night and in the morning. I would suggest to move the ash tray to another space away from the rooms and people who are NON smokers. Or place a non smoking sign on the table.

I was staying here as my husband was in a nearby hospital. 24 hour reception was wonderful as I was coming and going at odd hours. Reception staff were amazingly helpful, whether it was finding change for the laundry machines or extending my booking when needed. Thank you to everyone. You made my stay at a stressful time much more comfortable.

Very friendly staff, check-in quick and helpful. Accommodation very clean and comfortable. Central location. Breakfast cafe on site. Room service available. Rooms spacious older style but well appointed. 24 hour reception with plenty of under ground parking. Courtesy bus available for large groups .

Everything was very good, nothing to not like

The staff were friendly and welcoming , breakfast was delicious and the staff member had great service skills and made a delicious breakfast and yummy coffee !

Everything was good but unfortunately we were woken up at 6am by the people next door making lots of noise and arguing, was very frustrating and disappointing.

Stayed in a studio with kitchen had a balcony. Loved our stay walking distance to Burwood , quiet , walking distance to railway. Bus stop out the front. Beautiful Italian restaurant across the road. Loved our stay and parking underneath. Will be going back 😊

The mattess toppers on the bed kept sliding only annoyance I found.

It was located in a good area, close to amenities, bus stop close, free car parking, could smoke on the balcony, the staff were amazing, the cleaning staff were helpful as well. Burwood Chinatown was very close by. 2 bedroom apartment was spacious and very clean.
