Perfect place for our time in Graz. Enjoyed the breakfast which catered to all of our preferences. The staff were great. Each classic room was spacious and decorated aesthetically. There was lot of thought and care by the hotel to ensure guests’ needs were met. A nice touch was the lit candle as you come into the entrance in the evening and a fresh flower on the breakfast table.

Would have liked a lighter duvet or a sheet and blanket, so we could sleep without the air conditioning to cool us down.

One of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed in. The staff is extremely kind and thoughtful, the service is impeccable- we required an early check in and late checkout and already from the message exchanges prior to our arrival they reassured us that , although couldn’t confirm, they will try to accommodate our request - and so they did. We were given a spacious, comfortable and well equipped triple room. Quiet, clean, worm and cozy, the room was just perfect. The breakfast is also at a high standard, diverse and sufficient. With the hotel located in the centre of Graz, we were only a few minutes walking distance from the main tourist attractions. We thank the hotel and team for the pleasant stay.

Location is great, practically in the city centre. No need to use car at all. Staff in the hotel was very friendly and professional. Very good breakfast.

When booking "boutique" hotel you expect a little extra. However, room was pretty standard, nothing special and rather small, but it had everything you need. When I booked, it said parking. You have to use either garage or leave the car on the street, which is fine, but should have been mentioned.

The position is perfect to walk everywhere in the city. The parking at 16€/day instead of 36. The big spaces in the room and big shower. The staff very patient and nice.

The tv is not a smart one so it allows to watch Austrian programmes only. There were not enough bath products being a 4star (only one hand soap and one shampoo). No slippers provided. No free water. the wifi was not working well at all. Few sweet products at breakfast (no cookies, no biscuits, no granola, no nuts and almonds, no granola)

The room was gigantic and well-appointed. Everything was comfortable and very functional. The hotel itself has a playful historic vibe.

Because it's an old building, the sound-proofing between floors was not the best. An active toddler above us woke up at 5AM, which was a mega drag on a Saturday morning. Though, I guess I feel worse for its parents? (Not really. I mostly felt bad for me.) There was a small mix-up with the parking, but no biggle.

Really nice atmosphere - felt like living in some old castle. I like hotels and apartments which aren't "typical" and that was clearly a good example. Spacious too, which is always a plus when you are used to living in a big house or apartment yourself.

Bed could have been softer, but that is quite subjective anyway. Internet connection was extremely poor and semi-worked only in one room, but since there is no roaming in EU - used mobile connection instead. TV with Netflix app would also be a big plus, but it wasn't a deal breaker.

The room's name fits it well - comfortable it was indeed. Very pleasant non-intrusive design, a bit old style, but not in a bad way. The jacuzzi was a pleasant surprise - quite a treat on a chilly November day. The location was optimal - a 1-minute walk to the central street / Christmas market. Pretty much as central as central gets. The lady at the reception was super professional and helpful with her advice and recommendations.

The heating dries up the air in the room a lot. This seems to be a frequent problem in many Austrian apartments/hotels. An air moisturiser (even of the simplest type) may be a great improvement to the comfort.

Fantastic hotel. Right in the centre of Graz. The staff were really helpful and kind. We had a family room, which consisted of a large double bedroom a really modern bathroom with a great shower and a very large living room with a sofa bed. The beds were both extremely comfortable. The room was clean. There was a fairly priced mini bar. The interior of the hotel is as cool as it looks in their photos. Would highly recommend.

Nothing we had a wonderful stay.

I actually liked the quirky decoration of the hotel. My room was big although it could use a make over. However, considering the hard times the tourist industry is still facing...now probably isn't the right time. The location was great - in the middle of oldtow n.

The walls in between the rooms are paper thin. I could hear every step of the person next door - the creaking wooden floor. In a 4-star hotel I'd expect ar least a water cooker so one can make a cup of tea. The receptionist who checked me in and out wasn't smiling nor asking if I needed anything/enjoyed my stay.

Very nice hotel in the centre of Graz. Convenient to explore the historical centre. The staff is very helpful as we needed some assistance with the baby.

The room has just payable goods in the minibar, a kettle and some tea/coffee would have been appreciated. The rooms have a very old wooden floor which makes a lot of noise in the room, and with a baby sleeping in our same room, we had some issues.
