Really nice entry are, Staff was very welcoming and friendly. We've really enjoyed our stay. The sauna on the rooftop is amazing. Was great to relax after busy family days. Breakfast room is very nice too.

We were travelling with a child and our room was located in the second building which we could reach through the internal crossing. Downside was that we had 6 stairs in between which are not as easy with a stroller. If we would have been noticed about it we would have taken the upgrade to be in the main building. In the Sauna it would be amazing to have some relaxing beds on the inside as well.

On arrival there were two young women at the reception, giving a warm welcome. The breakfast is amazing, in a very relaxing room with lots of tables, and the staff is so friendly. There were also gluten free and lactose free alternatives. It is so easy to get to the hotel, just a few minutes walk from the tram stop. The room was clean and quiet. My recommendation is to buy daytickets for Graz Holding as this as well as local trams and buses also includes free rides on the funicular Schlossbergbahn. I will definitely be back to this hotel next visit.

My only wish would be to see some other staff at the reception smile like the young staff did upon arrival.

Hotel Weitzer Graz was centrally located; just a 5-minute walk to Old Town; and Christiana was very helpful & friendly our entire stay!!! She upgraded our suite and it sure was a gorgeous & spacious suite & hotel!!! We had an amazing view of Old Town’s Clock Tower, the Lover’s Lock bridge, and the nice river!!!! Everything was sooo accessible by foot - The Old Town, Kuntzhaus Museum, trams/buses, dining & shopping areas! We love the Hotel’s proprietary body & hair shower gel & lotion!!! in fact, I bought 4 lotions; only thing I can fit in my luggage; the soap was too big & heavy to carry. We had a very comfortable stay at the hotel and will absolutely refer to everyone!

The hotel is at a great location near to the historical city center. It offers a great breakfast with a huge selection. The room Basic is ok for a short stay of one or two nights, it offers all you might need. Parking in the nearby underground garage with a ~40% discount (just park the car and ask at the reception when checking in, no need to make a reservation upfront). You can pull over with your car in front of the hotel and unload the luggage before parking in the garage

The bathroom in the room Basic is rather small, but ok for a short stay. Our room was located to the street, Belgiergasse. This meant we couldn't really open the window for long, as it was way too noisy outside. Even though the traffic is not too heavy here, the street is covered by a bus line and the busses and the cars have to stop at the traffic lights. All that leads to a lot of noise. Parking in the nearby underground garage with ~40% discount is still quite expensive (18€/night).

The staff were extremely personable and helpful when we were trying to delayed luggage with the airline (and even gave us a toothbrush as ours were in our luggage). The location is extremely central with very good transport links. The hotel itself is very comfortable! We enjoyed our stay.

The breakfast was a lot per person, although it looked great. As an alternative, there was a cafe next door where you could get a comparable spread if you didn't have a big appetite. Could have only been improved by coffee facilities in the room.

I stay at this hotel every time I'm in Graz for work because the staff is very kind and professional, the position is very convenient to access the city center (and my company office) and the breakfast has plenty of choices.

It's apparently particularly difficult to find an hotel with a decent gym in Graz and the Weitzer is unfortunately no exception. There's a gym to be fair, but only equipped with very (too) light weights, an exercise bike and treadmills. I would recommend swapping 1 treadmill with a squat rack, it's cheaper and provides people the ability to train almost everything.

The level of cleanliness could be higher for this type of hotel, some broken plastic, not enough toilet paper etc. The position of the room with noise coming from the nearby balcony/terrace was weird and woke us up one night. Not responding on the mesagges sent twice via Booking.com prior to arrival is unacceptable.

We had an excellent stay at this great hotel recently. The rooms were large, with high ceilings, quiet, clean and with a comfortable bed. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a very wide range of choices. The hotel is located just across the river from the historic canter and close to Lendplatz and surrounds, with its farmers market and restaurants and (wine) bars. Highly recommended, would happily stay again. And the rooftop sauna with its panoramic views of the historic city at night is a wonderful experience.

Absolutely perfect. We loved it so much and can't wait to come again. Everything was more than expected. The staff so kind and helpful. Especially Isabella, she is incredible in her job. She will help you with everything you need. The food was amazing, especially breakfast. They have a variety of vegan food and they will prepare whatever you need. The rooms are so clean and comfortable, which my wife especially appreciated. Beautiful view. We will come again at first opportunity.

I exercise a lot, so for me, it is importatant the gym has more features and contents and my wife would have liked separated sauna for men and women. Everything else, perfect.

The hotel is ideally located in on the bank of the river Mur and only a 5 minutes walk over the bridge into the (mainly pedestrianised) city centre with its beautifully old buildings, little shops and nice restaurants and Irish pubs. We've been upgraded from a Classic Room to a spacious Junior Suite, overlooking the river, which was a lovely gesture and has been highly appreciated. Minibar contained soft drinks and beers, no coffee- and tea making facility tho. Staff in general was extremely friendly and hospitable, all areas of the hotel have been squeaky clean with a nice touch of fresh flowers galore in the entrance hall. There is an underground parking area only a couple of steps from the hotel, which has to be paid separately, but that was just coppers. The breakfast buffet was massive with all you could wish for...from fresh fruit to mini Frankfurt sausages. Teas and coffees, juices, milk and water were available in self service to keep you going for your morning of exploring the city.

One of my search filters was a hotel with a/c, but it turned out to be just a climate control device, so during a hot summer night, it was still way too warm to sleep properly, especially underneath the thick goose down duvets. Bathroom had sliding doors next to one side of the bed, so there was not much privacy, especially when being on the toilet...and there was no extractor fan either.. Music in the breakfast room was very hectic and far too loud for our liking at 8am. It felt more like being in a club than in a calm early morning environment.
