The location is perfect, facility super clean, all the stuff is very friendly and accommodating. Food is great, spa is very relaxing and the location is family oriented. Keep up the good work! Thank you so very much for everything! Definitely we are returning soon. A place you must go and stay.

The breakfast was lovely with Gluten Free bread on request. Loved the room and the balcony overlooking pool and mountains. Loved the indoor and outdoor pool, and saunas. Loved the robe and slippers. Loved the location- lovely walk into town and back. Felt very safe as was first time travelling alone

The only thing missing was a kettle or coffee maker for the room, but I bought tea from either the bistro or bar and took up to my room to drink on the balcony.

We were off season so the price wasn't high, the indoor pool was kinda warm but could be a bit more. The bed is huge and comfortable enough, the location is just out of seefield but we had a car, i think the bus get there. The stuff were nice, the breakfest was ok and the view is beautiful, even though we were facing the forest from a low floor. The room itself feels a bit old but big, the shower isn't great and the toilets are very small. We ordered room service and they charged us 12 euro for the service without telling us beforehand, it was half of the bill.. but actually no one in Austria told us when they charge extra so 🤷

From the moment we arrived at the hotel we were made to feel at home thanks to the wonderful reception staff. The room was large, very clean if a little old fashioned, but we did not book the hotel to stay in the room. The pool and spa are were exceptional, all facilities were very well maintained, and the pool had the perfect temperature, even to swim outside in the winter. The saunas were aplenty with varying temperatures and aromas, the steamroom was perfect, and everything was exceptionally clean. Breakfast was superb, with everything even the most fussy guest could want. Included in the price is also an afternoon snack, more like a buffet with cakes, soup, salads, meats and cheese and a hot dish. The spa area offered tea, drinks and fruit for no extra cost. Every single member of staff was so friendly and couldn't do enough to make your stay special. This was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in and no doubt I will be back.

Excellent stay at an amazing spa resort. Hands down the best place to stay if visiting Seefeld. Fine dining style cuisine, great value for half board. Afternoon snacks was also included which was a bonus. Indoor/outdoor pools was heated just right. Good variation of saunas and massage treatments which were very good. Also many break out relaxation zones to move around from. Great ambience. Friendly staff who were very helpful (especially Yvonne who gave good advice for activities to do). Recommend this place +

There was no room service which would of been good if you didn't fancy going down to the restaurant. Also to order drinks like tea or coffee. Also there was no kettle in the room which would of been useful.

-nice spa -spacious room -all rooms had balcony - nice sauna -big indoor and outdoor swimming pool -amazing breakfast -nice location next to the slopes , 15 minutes from the train

swimming pool was a bit cold ( 34 degrees) , I was expecting it to be around 38, so you would be more comfortable in it there was no jacuzzi swimming pool , I think this was missing there were no instructions on how to reach the nude area from the swimming pool, we didn’t find it the first day . i have asked in the reception about the morning yoga class , but nobody told me I had to prebook from the previous day in the spa reception. Not sure if its worthy almost 400 eur/ night

My wife and I love this place. We have been 4 times since last year. The facilities are fantastic, it's clean, the staff are great. Great service in the pool bar. The breakfast has a huge choice. Location is only a short walk to the centre.

Nothing not to like.

Excellent breakfast with lots a choice in juices, yogurts and made-to-order omelets. The location was very nice next to Seefeld (walking distance) and a short drive away from Innsbrück and the Swarovski museum

Cozy reception, comfortable room, I loved the recreation rooms at the spa, awesome dinner experience for a half-board location, very close to the slopes.

pool temperature a bit low, both inside and outside. in the restraurant during snacks/lunch people were wearing bath robes.
