Best Central Point Hotel

This is a pretty good hotel for the price. Breakfast is quite good with menu choices. Location is good with lots of restaurants nearby. Rooms are OK with ceramic floors and bed is fine. Basically no problem and I will stay here again.

I booked 2 deluxe rooms but was offered 1 deluxe and 1 standard on arrival with no offer of refund. It turns out that the deluxe rooms involve climbing stairs so we ended up with 2 standard rooms after paying for 2 deluxe. Do not book deluxe rooms at this hotel. TV had no signal but I did not care too much about this.

The staff. They are helpful, nice, with humor, English speaking. You can have food here to. There are 2 small bottles of drinkingwater for free in the room, but you can tap drinkingwater in the lobby so no need to buy. You will have coffee and the in the room. Flat-screen tv with sport and international. Very nice and relaxed place. And guestfrindly if you need to bring a guest to your room. I didn't but I asked, and it's ok. It's not luxury but it not expensive. I think it's about 20 dollars per night. Differently good value. If I go back to Phnom Penh then I will stay here again.

Hm.. maybe time to change the mattress soon.

Good eating places in close proximity to the hotel. Other points of interest close by. A chance meeting with a bhuddist monk (american) of 23 years was the highlight for me. We dropped into meaningful conversation as easy as you like. He left a lasting impression on me during our brief encounter. I plan to stay in touch via his website.

The room was a bit drab and smelly. I feel that better management during refurb would have been highly beneficial to the owner and customer alike. The usual tuk tuk drivers waiting outside the property. The lack of no smoking policy implementation and impolite fellow guests.

Large Deluxe King room with view of 172 street. In the middle of busy "foreigners" street with plenty of restaurants (often overpriced), bars, cheap beer, travel agencies, laundries,....and expensive mini-marts ! (after all they cater for foreigners). Practically everything in the room is OK. "King's" comfortable armchairs, bed, quiet A/C, WiFi, clean tiled floor,... Bit oldish desk (with larger TV) and chair.

Generally can't complain except... Ugly bathroom (but ok shower). Needs renovation... Urgently!! Smaller, cheaper Superior Double Room with View Better Value !

I have stay so many time, it is always great for me. Very things great and I feel like my house like the staff, they are all very friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable and clean, air-conditioned was working very well. The food is very delicious and cheap. The location was so perfect, it is in the central and near so many interesting places like royal palace, markets and so many … I will stay here again for next time and recommend to my friends too.

Great location ,busy road if you want a quite place no one will brother you right here , the night crew who you want to talk to better at handling problems

Came for a night. Stayed for a month. Had everything we needed. Location was good. Chicken kebabs were great. And the seating area downstairs in the lobby doubled-up as an office. Which was the main reason we stayed. Because it’s nice to go to a coffee shop with your laptop, but I prefer to be closer to home, like downstairs. Plus, the Big Easy was just across the road, including a ton of different restaurants. As with any hotel, people are coming and going, so you do hear some noises from other rooms or outside, but you kind of expect that with a hotel. I’d definitely go back. The snooker table with pool balls was also a plus. Good Value, Great Staff. Check it out!

It was the wounderful and great time for me to experience to stay at Best Central Point Hotel. All staff were kind and friendly. I was enjoyable there as visited Royal Palace, National Museum and many history places nearby. Oh one more thing that I really not to forget, the food so you could taste with nice and delicious as Cambodian's style. I warmly recommended to stay there when you visit Phnom Penh.

Awesome and friendly staff! Great value for the cost, central location. Lively street with many restaurants and bars.

The staff. They are so nice and so helpfull. I could give them a hug. Helpful all the time. It's very central, and it's only a few minutes to the river. There are restaurants all over, and nice cafes. I have booked many night from "booking.com" so I get it a little cheaper but it's really good value for money.

Hm... maybe some new mattresses soon.
