The manager Mr Sear was a credit to the hotel, he was available 24 hours a day and he was always smiling and very polite. He is very friendly and he speaks very good English. When I go back to Phnom Penh i will stay at this hotel again, Thank you Sear you are a gentleman 🙏.

I never received room type that I booked, 1st booking on room with balcony over look the river front view I got asked to cancelled because room has some issues which I don’t really believe on that reason but whatever! 2nd booking I booked for Twin bed but I got a double bed.

Great location on Riverside within easy walking distance to Palace and national museum, plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. Large room Nice shower
- initial confusion over whether we had already paid dealt with poorly by staff making us feel uncomfortable - listing says laundry available at extra cost and daily housekeeping. No laundry available (although lovely place nearby) and no housekeeping for the 3 days we stayed - only stairs (no lift) - A/C in room not strong enough for size of room.

The only good thing was being on Riverside with a view of the River ....but in saying that the traffic was so noisy 24/7
The club next door that was going till 3am to 3.30am every night. The room was dirty and not cleaned or bin emptied in 3 days. Sheets or towels were not changed The TV didnt work at all .,& I was told being fixed next month !!! ....No Good to me ..... The whole place was grubby ...thre rception was awful... No restaurant No breakfast available No pool which I am sure I saw online No service basically I paid over $US 40 per night. I only stayed there for 3 nights because it was booked with you and I would not get a refund of any kind. I have had to move to another hotel ....4 star, clean quality.TV with 60 channels including live TV & golf...rooftop pool bar restaurant & gym ......and I am paying $US35 a night Basically The Asiban Hotel ...on you website was a con ....maybe booking.com need to verify these hotels claims
