The whole place is beautiful. Especially the pool

The staff just need a little bit more training. They’re pleasant but either overly attentive or they’re no where to be seen. Couldn’t order a drink to the pool, finished my meal in the restaurant one evening, as one of only 3 diners, and there was no one to take away my plates or order desert. Just a few tweaks and this place will be top. Nothing too much to complain about but not quite 5 star service.

As a five star hotel, it has exceptional service you hope for. Every staff is polite, helpful, housekeeping keep the room tidy and neat. The facilities and the room are clean, modern and spotless. And then, on top of that, the hotel have a lot of vegan/vegetarian menus, we will not hungry in here. Wifi is fast too. For sure I will be back someday.

The room is a bit small. And then also (maybe it happened only in my room, 915, I don't know). Sometimes the lamps in the room, when we already turned it off, its on suddenly. It happens several times.

Okay I did inform the staff at the hotel that I really hoped they could help make the Bday surprise for my wife as memorable as we could - especially during this crazy time of Covid, so SPOILER ALERT: the people at Hyatt Regency, special shoutout to Mali went ABOVE and BEYOND our expectations. Second spoiler alert: still buzzed from the experience there’ll be a few alliterations peppered throughout this review. #sorrynotsorry, they did a great job and the whole world deserves to know! They graciously surprised us with: - Spectacular suite upgrade - Champagne in the room - Bday cake at Breakfast - Bday cake and Ice Cream at Five-Five - Just tremendous smiles and service all around from all the staff we encountered. The room truly was impressively incredible, from the moment we were directed to our room from the colonial home that serves as the entry point and lobby of this really amazing hotel, meandering past the naturally bright Market Cafe that is flanked on both sides by cooling ‘pond’ features having a tree with water overflowing serenely, to the sizable hallways towards the rooms, then entering the room, it os luxury throughout. Our room had a powder room to the left as you enter, leading to the ‘living’ room and decked out kitchen (yes! You can fry and sauté to your hearts content for lengthier stays, or cook up an instant noodle or two just as easily 😉). The kitchen bar is fully equipped with toaster, capsule coffee machine, tea and coffee accessories, together with fridge, large sink and two induction points for cooking. Massive 60in(?) TVs greet you directly in front of the sitting area as well as upon entering the bedroom. The bedroom with its king size bed provided a well needed, well deserved sleep, with firm mattress and oh so smoothe pillows, covers and sheets throughout.

Only things: Access to other areas was closed off due to Covid 😓 Unfortunate but understandable

The hotel maintains its luxury standards, the service was exceptional, quiet and very pleasant. I also was upgraded, whcih was very nice. Breakfasts were fantastic and I am a difficult customer. Thanks to the entire team of the hotel.

Breakfast was great. Very attentive and friendly hotel staff. They could not do enough for you. Gave good advice on what sites to visit. Location is great, close to most tourist attractions. In room dining excellent and well presented. Would definitely come back and also recommend it.

The snacks in the bar could have a few more items

Room was bigger than expected, TV was huge! Great view of the city and walking distance to National Museum, Royal Palace and river side. The bed was the comfiest bed we've ever had!!! Staff service was excellent. A bit expensive but worth the money as you are paying for the quality and service of the hotel :)

I liked how friendly and helpful the staff was, everything seemed brand new!! The gym was really nice, the pool was very nice, the sky bar was really nice, overall an awesome experience !!

A bit expensive for a one night stay

This place is excellent. Really wonderful. My wife absolutely enjoyed it. New, clean, quiet, great fitness and spa area, very wonderful service, close to all the important places. Very happy with our choice to stay here.

breakfast food is ok only

The room was clean, very comfortable, and the staff was helpful and pleasant. Went to the rooftop bar and had an amazing time. The atmosphere and service were great. Thank you! Will recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Phnom Penh!
