The property was well located, comfortable and clean, the food was excellent and the staff were exceptional. A special thank you to Narith, who works both in the bar/restaurant as well as the bellman, who provided service well beyond expectations including taking me on his personal motorbike in search of a place capable of making color copies. Also thanks to the woman (I apologize for forgetting her name) who serves both as hostess and cook at the restaurant, who was so friendly, welcoming, and who takes pride in her food. The owner, who is on the property often, has developed a great team and knows that the staff can be the heart of a hotel. Well done by all! I don’t know a lot about Phnom Penh, but I do know that the 252 will be my home there on my future stays.

some years before staff and management.
even genius and right off free breakfast, hotel charged me 5.50 each breakfast = 57.50 uSD 3 bed room only 2 towels, pool looks less cared, garden needs a cutter, basement a cleaner, broken furniture in the reception. on arrival waited ca 22 min,to get key..staff and recent manager showed a concentrated bad behavior to a known guest..It would be a good example for staff, if manager would use a broom around restaurant by himself. The normal managing lady has been ii France., when I left.
