Okay Palace Hotel

the room space is quite big and it worth with the price. the sound-proof is good. Also the price includes breakfast and some facilities like the swimming pool.

The air conditioner is not so easy to adjust. when adjust the temperature higher, it would be hot. when adjust to lower temperature, it would be too cold.

Fantastic location, an easy walk to the river, the national museum and a major restaurant area. The Khmer style decor is a bit heavy handed but having so much wood is lovely. Probably the best aspect was the rooftop pool, bar and restaurant. Marvelous views, affordable cocktails and very friendly staff.

The rooms are a bit old and not in perfect condition - but huge and bright. One day I happened to be in the room when staff came to make it up; they put the pillows on top of my (filthy) suitcase while changing the bedsheets. This shocked me a bit, especially when they didn't change the pillowcases (I then insisted that they should). We supposedly arranged for a pickup at the airport, but they never showed up, so we ended up taking a public taxi (which was not a problem, ultimately). The breakfast room was sometimes crowded, and I was a bit uncomfortable since there were no Covid protocols in place for guests (though staff wore masks). Almost all the guests were European, and none were wearing masks.

If you appreciate the aesthetic side of things, this building has that in spades. Astonishing amount of carved hardwood. The reception area is full of interesting things. The bedroom was large and similarly fitted out. The breakfast is quite good (a la carte).

Everything is a little bit in need of update, but I hope it will not lose its immense charm when that happens. The coffee at breakfast, let's just say it's better to choose tea. The tuktuk drivers outside trying to get you into their little death traps for overpriced rides and making it hard for your taxi driver when he tries to drive up the narrow cul de sac. Not an easy area to walk around.

We had an exceptional buffet breakfast the pool was lovely the staff were very helpful and its location is really good close to all the attractions,about 5-6 minutes walk to the royal palace

entrance is a little off the road, and access to the main water front is a little complex, though not very far. the quality of breakfast was ordinary, for choices. the bathroom wasn't very encouraging

This place is absolutely awesome. The reception upgrade me to a huge suite. And the rooftop is just perfect and the stuff is so friendly. Only bad side is is little bit side road but if you use navigation or GPS is easy to get there. I would recommend this place definitely without a doubt very worth it and very Central.

Coffee good. Cambodian food is pretty good. Pool great. Bed comfortable. Room spacious. Wine is a little over-priced but Happy Hour quite good. Laudry service not bad.

I Ithought it was a beautiful clean hotel staff were very helpful and friendly.I would highly recommend Okay palace .Food was good value too.I would give 5 star to Okay Palace.

The room was spacious and well organized The pool was beautiful and the rooftop breakfast was nice. The air conditioning was strong.

The wifi was a bit inconsistent, if that's important to you. At times, there wasn't much shade by the pool.
