Khmer Mansion Boutique Hotel

We stayed 5 nights and absolutely loved it here. The staff were so lovely and friendly, the cold towels and water returning from day trips to the temples (organized through the hotel) were very appreciated. The service received was far more than we expected, especially being an affordable stay. We stayed at other hotels during our trip to Cambodia and this was the best by far. The location is so convenient, your walking distance to everything. Granted you can hear the neighbouring pubs, but what do you expect from being so close! If you want silence don’t stay in the centre of the city! Breakfast was great too! Excellent coffee! Thank you for having us!

I have never in any city or country on earth experienced this level of care. I don’t think I have the words to convey just how special and incredible my stay was. I literally changed flights and cancelled my trip to Phuket to spend more time here. The attention to detail is next to none. The breakfast was phenomenal and can be brought to your room to enjoy on your balcony overlooking the pool (cannot recommend enough). The location of the hotel is perfect. They apologized for the noise of construction and Pub Street and offered ear plugs, but I never heard anything disruptive-not even on the balcony! It’s very walkable to all of the bars, restaurants, markets and spas you could ever need. I did a couples massage at the hotel (you can find cheaper massages in Siem Reap, but not as high quality especially if you’re looking for an intimate experience catered to your group). They also offer cooking classes I’m upset I didn’t get to try this stay, but will next! Now for what REALLY sets them apart. The staff. I don’t know if Walt Disney, Emirates and the royal family got together somewhere to train all of them or what. It’s the only option that makes sense. I truly felt like a queen reentering my castle surrounded by fans and family every time I returned to the hotel. They are AMAZING. Respectful, kind, attentive. Don’t bother looking at other places, just stay here. You will not regret it.

Not only was every member of the staff extremely friendly, they over-the-top caring. They made me feel like I was the only guest during each and every interaction we had. There are so many hotel choices in Siem Reap but the reviews of the hotel is what sold me. All of what you are reading it true. The staff, food, location, room, spa, pool and so much more exceed your expectations. I came to Cambodia to see Angkor Wat and the staff made sure I had breakfast to-go. It was also my birthday during my staff; the entire staff brought me a cake and wished me a very happy birthday.

I wish the hotel would advertise more that they have tours you can book. I think that is a hidden gem that you don't realise they can help take away the planning for you!

Pros: - SUPER friendly staffs. They will give you the grand entry EVERYTIME you come back to the hotel and offer you cold towel and cold drink! I am not kidding you they do this EVERYTIME, I have never been given so much attention in other hotel. I will have given the staff a 8 stars rating. - the surrounding offered a lot of services, the nearby restaurants and massage prices are reasonable and not like those in PUB Street. - there is even a 7-11 at the corner. - rooms is very nice and clean. The furniture are well furnished and the beds are soft. - my goodness, the staff even prepare you breakfast in box if you are visiting the Ang Kor Wat. We are the only 2 fellow munching breakfast and drinking in the tour bus. hahaha.... - FREE pick up to airport or bus terminal.

Cons: - The music from the PUB Street can be heard in the room. I am ok with the sound and the hotel even offer ear plug. - a bit construction sound during the day, only a bit.

We had a wonderful stay here and would highly recommend to other travellers who are looking for a welcoming environment that is close to Pub Street (hit up tuk tuk driver The Cowboy if you see him down that way). From the moment we stepped foot on the property until the moment we left, we received outstanding service and the little touches, like being welcomed with a cold cloth and cold water every time we returned to the hotel, made it all the more memorable. The staff truly made us feel like royalty. We booked a Family Room (Connecting Room) for our stay, and this was the perfect set up for two adults and two older children. The rooms were spacious, clean, and the beds were the most comfortable we had during our two weeks of travelling. The breakfast (which was included in the room rate) was a la carte menu which had many different options including Western and Asian. We enjoyed the refreshing pool, the pool area was well maintained, and again the service poolside was outstanding. A thoroughly enjoyable stay, that was great value for money and definitely a place that we look forward to returning too one day.

The staff was extremely friendly and ready to help in anything we could think of. At the check-in we were greeted with cold refreshing towels and a drink. Every time you pass by the lobby (either arriving of leaving the hotel) you are greeted with a refreshing towel and a glass of cold water. The staff organized for us a guide and a driver for visiting the temples in a very efficient way. The swimming pool of the hotel was very clean and refreshing in the hot weather. You can have your lunch or dinner just on the board of the pool. The food that is offered was very tasty! We were proposed a large variety of breakfast so one could find the best one for your taste.

Everything! perfect location if you want to be close to shops and restaurants but not right on pub street. the rooms were spacious and clean, but the staff is what makes this place unforgettable.They are attentive, kind, thoughtful, and knowledgeable. They surprised our daughter with a birthday cake and gifts, they invited the whole family to dinner one night, and so many daily details and smiles that made our stay better than we could have imagined. highly, highly recommend.

you can hear the bustle from Pub street from outside the rooms (although you can barely hear anything inside the rooms)

This is THE BEST service I've ever had anywhere in the world. It's clean, comfortable, relaxed but still in amongst the city (literally outside the entrance but you wouldn't know) The staff will arrange anything you need at competitive rates. Leap and Sarah were a highlight of our stay. There is nothing that is too much trouble for the staff. And cold towels.....I miss the cold towles (that smell like heaven) and cold water every time you enter the lobby or throughout the day on any of the tours you arrange with them.

The food was OK, not amazing but definitely not terrible.

I was travelling with my 25 year old daughter. We were looking for a reasonably priced hotel, and we found an absolute jewel ! The Khmer Mansion hotel and staff exceeded our expectations in every way. A short walk from the centre - Pub Street - but quiet at night. Great pool, wonderful breakfasts, and we have never found such incredible staff - Dalin, Pov, Pheara, Seanghav, Douen, Chitra, Sarah, Langhoue,- and others ! The hotel also has dedicated tuk-tuk drivers and we had a free airport pick-up, and then kept the same driver for seeing the temples. After sightseeing, we felt like we were coming home every day, and we were sorry to leave.

I wouldn't change anything.

It was a very warm welcome with spicy snack and virgin pina colada while staff does the check-in. Staff was very happy to receive us and made us feel very special at any interaction. We arrived in the wrong location and they organized their tuk tuk to the right place instantly, and they arranged another one for us to the bus terminal, all included. Late breakfast in room? no problem. Etc etc. Highly recommended. And the location is a small walk away from the nightlife of Pub Street.

We did not mind at all, but there was some background music from the nightlife that some picky travelers might want to know about.
