I stayed here with my son as we're backpacking across the country. The room was on the top floor, which was very spacious and with comfortable beds. Breakfast was tasty and included a packed breakfast as we were up early to do the Angkor Wat sunrise tour. The pool & bar was a welcome relief after our temple trip. We did have a slight issue with our room door handle failing but I reported this to the staff with no issues. The big bonus for me was the help the provided with regards to transport from Siem Reap to Kho Chang in Thailand. I was finding buses and taxi bookings a nightmare prior to my arrival as so many websites were not giving me the option to make a booking. The hotel staff informed me that they could sort this out with an external company, which they did setting me at ease. For 2 of us to travel to Kho Chang to include the ferry worked out at £70 ($86), which considering the distance, border logistics and jumping on another bus was in my opinion a real bargain. I highly recommend this hotel based on the price, service and helpfulness of the staff and would stay again.

The place itself is just another hotel, but the pool area was a massive plus, as was the location (7 min walk to the central market, pub street, etc...). the staff was kind and helpful to organize tours and tickets etc... so overall very good value for money, being in Siem Reap. They offer free pick up or drop off from airport or bus station (not from the dock, if you arrive via boat on the Tonle Sap river from Battambang - a most scenic trip that is highly recommended)

room was very basic, TV did not work (not that it mattered to us), and at every monsoon downpour the driveway in front of the hall would get flooded...

We had such a great time here. We visited with a group of friends and absolutely loved it. The hotel is quite basic, butgreat value, big comfortable rooms, with decent AC and nice balcony areas. We loved the included breakfast and felt very well looked after by the staff. We loved that they offered us fresh cool towels, whenever we arrived and were happy to create a bar tab for us. We loved making use of the pool and Jacuzzi. It is a very lovely pool and garden area and we enjoyed spending time with friends there. The location is great. Close to everything and just a ten minute walk to Beer Street.

The staff and the greeting upon arrival was excellent, The scented cold cloth every time I returned to the hotel was lovely. shops, supermarkets, hair salons and tattoo parlors in very close proximity. Good water pressure in the shower. I loved my large private balcony.

Not a fan of only having electricity when my key was inserted in the slot. My food and drinks would get warm in the fridge all day once I had left the room. If you're going to supply a mini fridge then it needs to be kept cold all day and not just when you are in your room.

The rooms were adequate for our needs, they were clean and spacious and for the price of 15$ per night with free breakfast they were excellent value and perfect for our budget. There was a choice of breakfast between eggs, fried vegetable rice or noodle soup with tea or Bon Cafe coffee (nice coffee). The swimming pool was a nice place to cool off, and there were 7-8 sunbeds around the pool so there were generally a few available. You could also arrange transports to the temples or other tours and they could also arrange onward travel. The staff were all very friendly. We ended up extending for extra week.

The reception was a little slow in checking us in, I know there was someone in front of us checking in but as we were a group, I think they could have shown us to our room first and then done the check in process once we have settled in. No big deal though.

The hotel is a normal variant for couple days of staying. Nice location in 5 minutes walk from the central/pub street and market. Room facilities are in very used condition (especially bed linen and towels). Shower is in a snandart Asian style, when water is everywhere. Sink placed too low, and unfortunately drain doesn't work (even after it was "fixed"). For me pillow is unbelieveble hard. All guests can use swimming pool, but would be good to add more sunbeds. Breakfast consists of several options (eggs/rice/soupe/buns) and very tasty coffee, would be good to have opportunity to make its combination. Hotel also offers tuk-tuk driver for different Angkor tours, which is convenient. Staff is very friendly, helped us with the bus to Sianukville.

In my opinion, the rooms need renovation!

At first I wasn't sure how I'd like it as the bathroom wasn't as nice as the place I'd just left. But it didn't take long to learn the way things worked. You have to ask if you want your room cleaned. Some people might look down on that but I was ok with it as it's conservation of resources. It was nice to have a pool, and the breakfast was tasty...very fresh eggs, and always served with a smile!

The bathroom was not too clean. Lots of dirty marks on the wall. But I imagine that if I asked them to clean it, they would have done so, but I was busy and forgot. But they were always very helpful when I needed things.

The location was very good and the pool area lovely. The staff were excellent always happy and helpful. The staff looked after us very well and an asset to the hotel. The staff booked tour guides and onward travel for us and everything arrived on time. The breakfast was very good and they also opened the restaurant early for us to have breakfast on the day of leaving which was lovely. They provide takeaway breakfast on days out and lovely evening meals. Also provide plenty of drinking water and so lovely to be greeted with a cold wet flannel when we returned from a bike tour. The aircon and shower worked well in the room.

The staff is super friendly and helpful, the food is really good. The rooms are very good for the price. Pool is very refreshing after a hot day and the smoothies are awesome too. We booked a tuc tuc with the hotel and all was good except we felt a bit forced to stop in a restaurant at 10 am to eat and was a bit expensive but the next day we told the driver we didn’t want to stop for eating and was all good. A good plus is that they offer us to takeaway the breakfast for the days we went to see the sunrise.

The food at the restaurant takes long time and the portions are small.

The staff was wonderful and sweet with a bright genuine smile. The rooms were a good size for the price and clean. You could get extra blankets and towels if you needed them and the offerd to wash your clothes för 1 $ per Kg. The pool wasnt huge but a good size and clean. The location of the hotel was also great since it was calm and peaceful but still close to center if siem reap. The staff was very helpful and helped us order tuc tucs and taxi. Breakfast was included in the price and their fried rice was delicious.

Beds a little hard and the shower drain on the other side of the bathroom so we got a small pool of water in the middle of the bathroom.
