fantastic spacious, cool and clean rooms. Attentive and kind staff. Great location !! full laundry service next door for 1usd a kilo. Lovely small cafe across the rd for a tasty eggs benny and super cold beer! We were some of the first tourists post covid and sadly lots of hotels had closed and Some have gone into disrepair.. We originally were booked in a different hotel but on the first night we had power cuts so we changed hotel… however the next hotel had no wifi. We were so thankful to find this gem. Everything worked great, fast wifi, powerful air con and no power cuts! Good hot water and pressure, Beds very comfy with crisp white bedding and towels. This hotel was by far the nicest and best value, the pictures on booking.com are exactly how This hotel looks… unlike the 5 we looked at before! Lovely pool area and reception. Hotel meticulously clean. reception staff, Jessie and team gave us such a warm welcome.. after a nightmare few days, nothing is too much trouble and they went above and beyond to make our stay stress free and memorable. We travelled with 2 small children and the staff were so kind and accomodating that we didnt want to leave so we booked an extra week! restaurant was closed but there is so many cheap and amazing eateries in walking distance that also offer free delivery thru an app that it didnt matter. You can order anything you wish and it will be at your hotel door in 10 minutes, food, groceries, medicines, make up, toys.. such a great service… but highly addictive and everything is so cheap. We initially stayed in the family room and it was perfect.. 2 huge beds, balcony and lots of room for luggage etc. The second week we upgraded to the suite which had 2 rooms, 1 large double bed and 2 x queen singles .. kids loved the huge bath and massive balcony ! I loved the ample storage, generous floor space and telescope. This is a 5* hotel with 6* staff.

The room was big, spacious and well maintained. The staff was friendly, welcoming, helpful and accommodating.

The rooms weren't noise proof. The room above was occupied was someone quite noisy and they were scraping chairs across the floor the whole night through.

A very beautiful base for our exploration of the Angkor Wat complex and surrounds. Our room and bathroom excellent, spacious, comfortable bed and furniture and clean. Great big pool that was heaven-sent for a cool down and relaxing after spending day exploring. Buffet breakfasts were generous and tasty. Appreciated the help from reception and concierge with organising tours and transport. Best of all were the very kind and helpful staff who made our stay so enjoyable and comfortable.

I had an incredible experience at this place it's stunning. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. The location is ideal, away from crowd, and I initially planned for one night stay and moved into near pub street but ended up extending it to 5 nights. The pool and on-site restaurant delivered high quality, adding to the over positive impression. I wholeheartedly recommend this establishment.

Beautiful colonial style building nestled in a green oasis on the outskirts of the city was an ideal choice for a quiet and peaceful time. The pool is an add on to the already lush garden, a perfect break after a full day tour of the world heritage sites. The staff were as friendly as they were courteous. The room was spacious, clean and offered yet another cocoon of peacefulness when relaxing at the terrace. Definitely recommend!

Wooow!! ❤️ The staff and their kindness and helpfulness is really wonderful. Their care transforms this hotel into a true happy place! Pool in a little jungle is extraordinary, breakfasts really generous and tasty. Our room was SO comfortable! It's located on a very calm place, close to Angkor. 🙂 Absolutely impressed by this amazing place. And I happened to be there on my birthday and they even brought me surprise cake made from fruits! 😍

Amazing staff. At first it took them some time to reply but then they were on point and helped me get a day tour guide and Tuk Tuk driver at cheaper rates than what other ppl offered. Great staff, very attentive and polite and met all my requests. They even welcome you with a snack in your room!. Gracias! P.s.: you guys don't have a picture of the bathrooms, so I wasn't too sure about the place, but they are excellent, so here is one bathroom picture!

Everything about our stay here was lovely. The rooms were clean, spacious and beautifully furnished. The pool is also well done. The bath tub was huge and what made our stay even better was the warmth and hospitality of the staff. Thank you Kim, Jessie, Nunu and Thai for being so attentive to us and for greeting us and giving us travel tips. Thank you for the super lovely birthday surprise - we were very touched and you made our day. We highly recommend this hotel, it lives up to its 5 star rating and we extended our stay because of how wonderful the rooms and staff here are.

That our stay was so short.

This hotel is really beautiful and the staff is incredibly kind. We stayed for a few days during our honeymoon and they upgraded our room to a gorgeous suite by the pool for free. The room was very clean and the pool was nice to cool off in. We were treated like royalty by the staff. They always made sure to check in when we walked by and the bar and restaurant service was impeccable even through they were just reopening the restaurant after the pandemic. The location of the hotel was good and there were typically one or two tuk tuks nearby when we didn’t feel like walking, which was often, as it is very hot. We could get pretty much anywhere we wanted to go for a few USD. Make sure you have the address or a map of the hotel location as many of the tuk tuk drivers in the markets didn’t know where the hotel was!

The noise from the pool did come into the room so could be an issue if you are sleeping at off hours. The other downside was that unlike most hotels we encountered, this one didn’t seem to have a lot of tour options that you could book directly through the hotel. We ended up finding a tour through Trip Advisor, but we would have loved to be able to support the hotel and their partners if they had had more options.
