generous breakfast the best i've ever had because being cambodian raised abroad i wanted more choice on the cambodian menu, the staff bought it at the market for me! i had an accident at the beginning of my one week stay and this place became a place of convalescence for me with the staff being at my beck and call as it it were my own family, not to mention the owners Nicki and Adrian who went all out of their way to find me the right chiropractor and not a charlatan ... i owe the staff a lot during this stay, thank you Pavillon staff and management for being there for a wounded person

Zero complaints about the stay. Pavillion Indochine went above and beyond to make the stay a fantastic experience. We were in Southeast Asia for two weeks, and easily this was the best stay. The place has a beautiful pool and is very tropical, with a calming vibe. The room was airy and spacious, the breakfast delectable, and the staff members were extremely friendly, helpful, and super easy to talk to. The location was PERFECT - equidistant from shopping places and the Angkor Archeological Park. And the Pagoda cats made the entire stay top tier. Real treat to get the complimentary Tuk Tuk "taxi" ride from the airport to this boutique hotel. Great informative staff ready with cold towels, lemonade, home made bread, and plenty of information on what to do and where to go upon arrival. Great location just outside the main city (Pub Street) and near to Angkor Wat although needed an inexpensive tuk tuk ride to both places (about $2-$3 USD to each place). The hotel is very unique with a bar, eating area, swimming pool, and great quiet room with wood floors. Included free breakfast buffet too! Excellent value! My wife loved it!

Could quite turn off all the lights at night in the room without turning off the fan and the AC. I'm sure there is a way to do it, but couldn't figure it out.

Excellent hospitality. Staff are very courteous and helpful. We stayed in this hotel for five nights and found our stay superb. If anyone wants a calm and quite place for stay, this is the right place. We being senior citizen and our purpose of visit being only to see Ankor Wat temples, this was an ideal place for us. The hotel is close to Ankor Wat, but away from city. So, for every city trip, you have to hire a Tuktuk, which are of course available in plenty.

The hotel is away from city eating places, market and entertainment areas.

We absolutely loved our stay at Pavillon. The hotel is beautiful and strikes the perfect balance between traditional Cambodian decor and a touch of luxury that everyone needs for a holiday in Siem Reap. The location is great for exploring the temples and is still only a 10 minute tuk tuk ride away from town, which was perfect for us as we wanted some peace and tranquillity. Loved all of the staff and the owners Nicky and Adrian were fantastic with offering local recommendations, organising tours and anything else we needed. Amazing experience, great value for money and we really can’t wait to stay again - thank you Pavillon Indochine!

The property & rooms are beautiful with traditional wooden architecture surrounded by trees & garden. The location is one of the closest to Angkor Wat which was perfect for cycling there in the morning before sunrise. The staff were amazing and arranged the airport pick up & drop off, private tuktuk driver to visit the temples, on-site massage, a good mountain bike (with light, helmet & lock). They really know how to take care of their guests!

Just remember to pack mosquito repellent for around the outdoor restaurant & pool area.

The owner is very nice, she speak good English and can book different ride and trip for you, all the prices are listed, so noting to worry about. Room is clean, the environment is really clean & quiet considering Siem Reap (Nov 2021) is under construction almost everywhere. Breakfasts are simple and tasty, you don't get a lot of option, but work for me, ask the owner about their homemade pancake & fry eggs. There are friendly cats & kitties guarding the hotel, some of them will even let you to perform belly rub. Those cats now living in the hotel, and get feed twice daily by the owner. The location is right next to the entry to the Angkor wat area, so when you finish the visit during, you can easily return to your hotel and don't have to struggle in the jammed city.

The shower water a bit rusty, and the draining system need to clean. I think they should do a maintenance. There is not restaurant no bar around, if you get hungry your best hope is the food panda app.

We stay for 3 days in which visit angkor wat and kulen mountains and then have great rest at swimming pool. For breakfast we could chose from several opcions and it was complete and delicious. The room has a mosquito net to be used around the bed if someone needs it. One day we left hotel at 4:30 in the morning to see sunrise at Angkor Wat and staff even had ready a lunch box for us to take away. I definitely recomend this place, great value for money.

Everything! Staff very friendly and always available to make things very very easy. Beautiful common area and swimming pool, food in the restaurant super tasty. Room are big with stylish vintage fornitures. Also, the location to go to Angkor is very convenient. We couldn't ask for more and if we had the possibility we would have stayed more days.

It's a very nice and comfy hotel, well located and the staff is nice,gentle and helpful. It has a nice swimming pool and the food at the hotel restaurant is also very tasty.
