Tanei Angkor Resort and Spa

It was a great deal and great location that was easily accessible to many attractions in Siam Reap. The Cambodian Circus was a 5 minute walk, most Angkor Temples were about a 15 minute drive, and the landmine museum was nearby. The hotel arranged transport to and from the airport. We were greeted at the hotel with cold towels and juice upon our arrival. This was a huge bonus on a hot day. While the restaurant took a little while, the food was fresh, delicious, and had a beautiful presentation. The pool was wonderful, with lots of trees and some shade around it. The staff was friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable enough, and we even found a room with three beds, which was perfect for us. There were fresh bottles of water in our room everyday when we returned.

The only complaint we had was that the water heater under the sink was, and had been, leaking a bit. This left the room with a slight mildew smell. I am assuming this was isolated just to this room, and I'm certain the staff would have given us another room if we had asked. Even with this issue, I would absolutely rent with them again.

An excellent value for the money. 4 to 5-star hotel with an incredible pool. A little bit outside the center from Pub Street so you need to motorbike or tuktuk to get around, but with the apps like Grab and PassApp its very cheap and easy to get around. It was very in a very quiet area that feels like its own world. Massive rooms and nice balconies. Included breakfast was a plus.

Due to limited staff due to the pandemic, they had difficulty with check out and payment. Not a big deal, but make sure you pay in person when you arrive, like most places ask.

Great rooms, great pool and great service. A peaceful location just outside the main part of town. Though conveniently close for celebrations! The Phare circus is also across the road which is an awesome activity for an evening in Siem Riep. Management and staff were extremely welcoming and helpful, giving us valuable knowledge about visiting the temples, where to go in town and also drove us personally to the airport when we left. We stayed during the Khmer New Year and it was an unforgettable experience.

Nothing! An awesome stay.

I loved the pool and the included breakfast. But really most of all was the great staff. They went above amd and beyond to assist with grab bookings, advice on touring Angkor Wat, and local restaurants. Excellent value, excellent place. Clean rooms too. I ordered room service several times and fhe food was delivered timely...no issues.

Water drain in shower was just a bit slow....no big deal!

The pool was amazing, surrounded by beautiful scenery, very quiet and relaxing😊 Our room was very big and the shower was lovely! The staff were very friendly, smiles everywhere and very attentive. Overall it was a very good stay 🧡

Breakfast could have been a little better a lot of the things on the menu they didn’t actually have but we ended up having pancakes and they were nice :)

The ladies that clean the rooms make us a surprise to our wedding anniversary, this was so nice of them. They are a welcome staff, nice and pretty room, great tv channels for movies, good wi fi, nice pool.

At the first moment they gave us a different room than we saw in the pictures. But later, they gave us a better room so this was nice. The breakfast was just ok

This is an amazing little oasis within walking distance of the center of town. At its heart is a very clean and extensive swimming pool which is shady from about 2 pm so that we could comfortably swim in the afternoon. The rooms are clean and very spacious. The staff is super friendly and very helpful. Overall we found this hotel to be great value for money.

Nice, spacious rooms, quiet space. Great pool area! Very good location - only 5-10 minutes by tuk tuk to central Siem Reap/pub street. Coffee shop on site with simple, cheap and yummy Khmer and Western breakfast options. More like a nice guesthouse with a great pool than an "everything on site" resort, but still a great value for the price.

The swimming pool is fabulous. The location is nice and quiet. With the driver you are downtown in just a few minutes. The room is big and clean. Ask the kind driver Sothy to take you to the temples. He brought us everywhere in two days.

the king room was beautiful, spacious, well furnished and the bed was super comfy. each room had lovely bath robes and a well stocked bathroom.

The wifi was miserable - slow as a snail. Toilet paper was almost non-existent. The locals don't use toilet paper but tourists certainly do.
