Bisha Hotel Toronto

The Bisha experience is incredible and a destination in itself. Jenna and Alejandra were exceptional and no detail was left to chance. I travelled with two teens and two dogs and we all would return.

Unfortunately the Manager in charge of guest experience visited the rooftop pool and selected people to engage with, I assume based on looks. He targeted the executive affluent looking not the Mom with kids or other people that did not meet whatever his standard was. Weird when so much of the guest experience was exceptional. It was not lost on me or the "executive" who as an SVP I ended up doing business with. Left a disappointing feeling in an otherwise perfect stay.

Very dark! Parking option’s difficult Rooftop pool area- pool very small, very cramped area because of the dining needs to be a segregation. Kicked out of pool area at 17:30 due to the restaurant setting up tables which go where the sun loungers are. Poorly organised. Cleaning lady didn’t come to clean our room til 6pm when we were getting ready to go out. So just grabbed a couple of fresh towels from her. Very expensive!

Beautiful hotel. Lovely rooftop restaurant for breakfast. Great service from waiters/esses and manager at breakfast. Lovely ambiance even on a rainy day! Facilities I have rated very good rather than exceptional as the service lift was out of order during our stay and this meant that we had long wait times for the lift that was in use and had to share the lift . Rooms very excellent. Nice decor, comfy bed and shower. Great room service. Location perfect - we only used the car once to visit Niagara Falls. So much within walking distance. Restaurants, bars, shopping, cn tower, aquarium, etc

Brunch at Kost was great.. I enjoyed the atmosphere while sipping on mimosas and taking in the breathtaking atmosphere of the Toronto skyline. I absolutely loved my room and wish I could’ve stayed longer.. The staff was very attentive and made sure you got the service deserving of a Queen.. I absolutely will be returning for future visits.

The dinner options for a group of 8 people to dine was limited at Kost. This required a set menu for a party-of 9 and a minimum spending limit. This was not convenient as there was never a separate dining space to accommodate such anyways. We dined at another restaurant for dinner off property

We thought Bisha is a normal business/city hotel. We were supprised to find a very comfortable and well designed art hotel. The staff was very friendly and helped a lot with organizing our stay. Tom Pham topped everything. His room-in service made our evening a special one. The chicken was fabulos.

The pool is quite small and located beside the restaurant at the top floor. Although the view (eg. CN tower) is magnificent, swimming under the eyes of restaurant guests is what you have to get used to.

Bisha is likely to earn all of my Toronto visits. Good hotel, great (albeit young) staff, and convenient location. Much of the city was within 3km walk including my convention.

Room service and Kost have a separate kitchen. So a fantastic roasted cauliflower on Wednesday at Kost became a disappointment when ordered for the room. I shouldn't have been lazy and just taken the elevator. Suite with a patio was generally pleasant but patio view was of the dingy exterior walls in the center of the hotel. Unless you are entertaining corner exterior rooms are probably better for the view.

Great in-person customer service. The staff was friendly and courteous. They made sure we had everything we needed including sending a bottle of bubbly and a note to the room to celebrate my birthday.

The rooms were not thoroughly cleaned. You could see furniture and other items around the room covered in dust. We had to wipe down ourselves. OMG! I have never seen so many charges to my card for the same transaction! They charged my card severally even after the payments for the rooms were authorized. My bank had to cancel the card for security reasons. I have never had that kind of experience before, not even with smaller hotels. When I called to talk to them about it, a staff hung up on me after I resisted her attempt at talking to me condescendingly (she was trying to explain incidental charges to me instead of addressing my concerns of the several charges to my card).

I booked this as a present for my parents, and they loved it. Originally, I was going to book them into Hotel X, because I had bought them concert tickets and that was closer, but they said they preferred the location of Bisha because there was a lot more around in the area (restaurants, etc). They loved the room and said the bed was super comfortable, and enjoyed the rooftop pool. My mother said she kept on thinking she would find a small thing she could say wasn't perfect, but in the end she couldn't!

Well... I wish it was cheaper! :-D

The hotel was located centrally and had a wonderful view from the rooftop, where there was also a modestly priced restaurant with accessible fare. The room was very well appointed and comfortable, as was the bathroom. The lobby bar seemed swanky, though I didn't use it.

It would have been nice if there were a desk or table in the room for working.

The hotel delivers on a feeling of luxury and exclusivity from the moment you arrive. The staff were extremely attentive and catered to my every need. From immediate reply to their text service to providing umbrellas and booking restaurant reservations, they were amazing. I was able to check-in early and check-out late at no additional charge. The bars and restaurants in the hotel were all exceptional. The room was large and comfortable and very clean. One of the best experiences I've ever had at a hotel.
