Shangri-La Toronto

I absolutely loved my time at Shangri-La Toronto! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive to my every need, even late in the evening. The luxurious and immaculately clean rooms really stood out (it's as good as the pictures show!), and the stunning views of the city were simply breathtaking. We stayed in the premier view room and the view of the city was gorgeous! I can't recommend this hotel highly enough - it exceeded many of my expectations!

A few hiccups with notes being sent properly through booking.com to Shangri-La on the occasion of my visit, but nothing they could've done to remedy that. It might also be a weekday, but room service missed some requests after midnight, but it was completely understandable. Still had an amazing time staying here nevertheless!

The pleasant and friendly service from the staff at the the front desk and check-in. Quick and efficient check in. Very quiet rooms and very comfortable beds. The hotel location in the financial district was very central with easy means of transportation.

I wish the hotel website or on other booking websites or the hotel staff at the time of checking in would inform us that the afternoon tea which has excellent reviews, needed 48 hours in advance reservation.

From the moment of booking, the staff reached out & offered any support ie. time of arrival; any spa or special trips etc. We got excellent help from the reception & concierge team (shout out to Dean). We were upgraded too, but honestly it was a beautiful hotel, so spacious & well appointed in every way. Room service was fabulous too, lots of choice, amazing quality & arriving promptly. We ordered a car to take us on a trip & one to go back to the airport. So easy. Staff were exceptional & the epitome of 5star service!

Only regret it not staying for longer at this hotel. We feel we missed out.

The staff were the most professional & warm/friendliest people- round-the-clock. Everything from our check-in, to turn-down, to when I lost my watch (they found it), late night Uber delivery, breakfast service... it was a great stay

I wish there was lighting & some type of awning for rain on the terrace in our room. That would have really stepped our room to another level! But that said, still an excellent room!

the customer service was excellent. the rooms were beautiful and clean. very expensive restaurant in the lobby. very close to the subway station to get around Toronto.

very expensive room but there was no microwave in the room. even cheap hotels have microwaves.

Room was how it was depicted on the website. Location was central and distance to restaurants, grocery/convenience stores, and clubs were perfect. Facilities in the hotel were clean and had quality equipment. All employees showed great attitude and hospitable service!

Hotel key cards were white/blank with no room # or brand identity. Breakfast food was simple and good, however, a bit pricey and breakfast credit was never applied on checkout.

The customer service was exceptional. It was a great experience overall and I will definitely be back.

I honestly cannot think of anything I did not like about my experience other than I wish I could ah e stayed longer.

Dean the concierge was so helpful, warm, and made us feel at home. really love that guy. the room was elegant and attention to detail was wonderful, the pool was very fun, and clean. defiantly going to stray here again.

luxurious accommodation with a great corner room and view of the CN tower, room service was quick. We had brunch at the lobby lounge with vegan options it was divine, but very pricey! The best luxury staycation destination in toronto! Location is ideal and walking distance to most restaurants and bars
