Friday Hotel

Room was good size. Bed was very comfortable, had a nice thick mattress. Man at reception was welcoming on our arrival. Tea and coffee were available 24/7. Location was superb with a Lidl supermarket across the street, mcdonalds around the corner, and the metro station about 2 minutes walk away.

The bathroom i felt was a little bit lacking compared to the pictures shown online. There was a plasticy small shower that had a broken shower door on one side. Overall the room was clean but little things like the skirting board was coming away in places, and the paper tissue holder in the bathroom kept coming undone - just finishing touches let the quality of the room down. The cleaning staff did a good job, but they were a little pushy - we felt like we were an inconvenience when they wanted to clean the room, we had to grab our things and head out when we came back to the room for a mid day break.

Friendly staff. Very comfortable, beautifully designed rooms with plenty of space, lovely big double bed, bathroom also generous size with modern fixtures and gorgeous shower. Breakfast was well presented, serving cooked meats and eggs, cold meats, cheese, lovely bread, yogurt, cereals, fruit, pastries, cake, coffee, teas and juices all was delicious, you can help yourself to coffee, tea etc throughout the day and night. Great location, close to town square and National museum.

No bar or lounge area, this didn't spoil our stay just unusual not to have one.

The location is great, close to everything. The rooms are clean, spacious and beautiful. The air conditioning is working but you have to let it work non-stop (not a problem for us as it served as a white noise and helped to block the noise from the other rooms). Breakfast was ok, with enough options for every taste. Free coffee, tea and juice in the breakfast area available non-stop.

The rooms don’t have the best soundproofing but if you leave the air conditioning on it is ok. The internet is very poor. We could never connect to the Wi-fi (on either phones or the smart TV in the room). Carpet could use a deep clean from time to time as it has stains in some areas.

It’s in a great location, close to everything. Our room was spacious and the shower was really good. I liked that we had complimentary coffee, juice and water available at any time at the restaurant. Our room was right next to it and it was really practical. Beautiful decor. We had a very pleasant stay.

The curtains didn’t close all the way, therefore we had a bright room at early hours. Pillows and bed were a bit stiff to my taste. The Wi-Fi connection was annoyingly bad. Also, we had some trouble parking the car because the hotel is in a pedestrian zone, but once we figured it out it was okay, the garage is close enough.

Location is brilliant, takes about 5 mins to walk into the Old Town Square with lots of shops around for anything you need. Staff are friendly, rooms are spacious and comfortable. Decent selection for breakfast but not the best.

Only downside I would say is that the “hot” section of breakfast (sausages, eggs, beans, hash browns) are not kept hot. Most were freezing cold by as early as 8:15. Continental breakfast and pastries delicious though!

Staff was friendly and incredibly helpful, breakfast selection was great and everything was refilled immediately. Complimentary tea and coffee is a nice touch.

The room was clean, however, there was some wear and tear. The location is amazing but can be noisy at night/early in the morning. This is absolutely not the hotel's fault, just something you should count on when staying in the city center. The windows are not sound-proof and they let in some cold air as well.

The location was excelent. The hotel is right in the city center so it is very convenient to reach all the main objects by foot. The bed was comfortable and the room vas spacious. You can have free drinks in the breakfast area all throughout the day

AC was still making noise at night even if turned off. There was also some construction going on outside, so during workdays can get a bit loud during the day. I also expected a bit more variety for breakfast. If you stay for more than couple of days then it can get a bit boring.

Excellent location. The view from our room was magnificent especially during Christmas. The hotel is within walking distance to all attractions and it’s location is simply great.

Breakfast could be upgraded offering maybe more fresh options like yogurts and fresh juices. The chairs in the dinning room are uncomfortable and cause people to accidentally hit the chairs with their legs or with table causing a lot of unpleasant noise.

Room was good size and comfortable. Breakfast was nice.

Even Breakfast was ok. No enough vegetables and when I come to breakfast they were all gone. Wi-Fi did not work properly, which was important to me. Nowhere in the shower to put shampoo, or soap during the wash. Did not have vanity kit.

The central Location is excellent for exploring the city of Prague. Really big comfortable bed. I can’t be certain but I think the hotel gave us a complimentary upgrade ☺️. The staff are excellent and very friendly.

There was no coffee making facilities within the room, but you could opt to go to the breakfast room to make them and return to your room. We stayed in room 207, the room with Blue patterned fabric walls. The curtains were starting to come off the tracking, which is a relatively easy fix. The bathroom was clean but looking in need of a makeover.
