Hotel Metamorphis

Very clean and spacious and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. The location was perfect too. Our room was in a different part to the hotel but actually it worked out as a quieter room.

I think for the price of the room, perhaps the coffee capsules could be complimentary.

I booked several rooms, all triples, all massive, great space big bathroom, sleeping area and dressing area. The location is brilliant, just off the main square. Lively bars right near the entrance at night time and only a few seconds away from the Dubliner Irish bar lively and bouncing. Just across from here in the little square is a place to eat, really good, has large seats and burners outside but food really good. Breakfast was basic but part of the price and bacon eggs coffee juice etc, its fine, if up in time. Would definately stay here again

Some road noise on the second day

very welcoming Hotel in the city centre , just 2 min far from the main square. Large and well furnished room with high ceiling. Bathroom with both shower and bath. the receptionist is very kind and ready to give you suggestions to fully enjoy Prague.

The only sore note: Breakfast. It lowers Hotel quality standards.

Most of all the location, the astronomical clock was very near but away from crowds and noise. There were comfortable beds, nicely decorated room, separate WC from shower room, wardrobe outside the bedroom, at the entrance, which was very handy. The Nespresso coffee maker quite a gift! You could make nice coffee in the room, there was also a mini bar. The breakfast was quite good, with variety for all tastes.

The heavy curtains let the light in. The breakfast was served at a location near by, didn't mind since the weather was nice, but if it rained, it would have been difficult...

The location is really great! Right in the old town! It's also very close to the train station! Taking a taxi is not expensive! And the staff are very considerate! The room was cleaned when we checked in! They were kind enough to let us drop off our luggage and check in early! I love this hotel so much! The front desk staff was also very considerate and provided maps of scenic spots! Because the location is great! I didn’t even buy a transportation card when I went to Prague for two days, I just had to walk! If you come back to Prague again! I will choose this hotel again!

The property was in a great location. The rooms were very large, and the ceilings are very tall. The world pools in the bathroom work and the bathroom facilities are very well-kept.

For a historic building that was built in the 17th century the rooms were not decorated appropriately. If you look at the pictures of the rooms everything is painted one color. That's fine but where is the crown moulding? Where is the period appropriate paneling? A little bit more time and money should be put into these rooms. There should be more paintings and other things that are period Appropriate. It's definitely lacking in this area and it takes away from the historic feeling.  The original door frames and window frames are nice. Complete this and it will look great.

Very cute old building right on the old town square, super friendly and helpful staff, and I got an upgrade to a suite with a whirlpool bathtub 😊 Very comfortable, sparsely decorated accomodations, and a minibar. Highly recommended!

No elevator in the building 😖 I had a very heavy bag and on the 3rd/4th floor. I didn't ask for help, but I only saw the one small girl on staff at the moment, there may have been more though. Also the nespresso machine wasn't working well, I also didnt say anything until i checked out but she said it could have been swapped out.

This hotel was our favorite stay while backpacking Europe. The staff was wonderful, the room was the one I had requested and the view from the balcony was beautiful! We paid for the breakfast but had to leave before they served to catch an early train. They made a breakfast for us and put it in the employee fridge for us to get before we left. The location is great, lots of restaurants close by and plenty to see in Prague. We were on the 5th floor and in the stairwell they had before pics of the hotel before it was restored. I wish we had stayed an extra night because the room was so warm and inviting. A must stay when in Prague!

There was nothing we didn't like about this hotel. Just know that there is no elevator and our room was on the 5th floor. We had backpacks so it was a hike BUT well worth it.

The hotel is well-located at Prague old town, just behind famous T’yn Church. The breakfast is located outside the hotel but nearby, providing a central breakfast option. The food is good and exceeded our expectations. Hotel is equipped with air conditioning, which is pleasant during Prague's this summer.

There is no elevator at this historical hotel, which will be critical for us to lift luggage up to 3rd floor (actual is 4th). The YouTube feature on the TV has been out of order for a while, and we have not received a satisfactory response from a reception member.

We had adjoining rooms with a central bathroom. I loved the size of the rooms. They were spacious and bright with high ceilings and windows. The view from both bedrooms was charming. The hotel location was right in the middle of the old town and easy to access by foot. We were not in the main hotel building but just opposit in the corner of a quaint square which we overlooked. The bathroom was very clean and functional. Beds were large and comfortable. Reception booked us a taxi to the airport on our departure which was right on time.
