Hotel SP34 by Brøchner Hotels

The hotel is very stylish and perfectly located in Copenhagen! It is in a cute neighborhood, and within walking distance of the city center, as well as metro stops to get to other places in the city. There are bars, restaurants, cafés and bakeries very close by. We had a basic room which was a bit snug but big enough for two people. It is nicely designed, as is the rest of the hotel. The bed was very comfy, and we did not hear much noise from other rooms nor from outside. Bathroom is nice, quite spacious and with good toiletries. We also thoroughly enjoyed the free wine at happy hour and the free nightcap later in the evening! Staff were always very welcoming and the downstairs lobby is spacious and very stylish! Our stay was great and we'd definitely come back next time we'll stay in Copenhagen!

The only thing that bothered us was the floor heating in the bathroom! It was on too high which meant that it was very hot in there... And there is no way to control it from the room. We asked to have it turned down but it stayed very hot during our whole stay.

The location of the hotel is excellent. Everything that we wanted to do was within walking distance of the hotel, which was one of the reasons that we booked it. The staff at the front desk and at breakfast were always extremely friendly and attentive throughout our stay. The room was comfortable and we slept well during the course of our stay.

The hotel is starting to show its age a bit. The paint and furniture are nicked up and worn and the mirror no longer moved smoothly along the track in front of the space to store your clothes. While the quality of food at breakfast was consistently high, the offering was exactly the same every morning. I'd encourage the kitchen to shake things up a bit moving forward.

I loved the location of the hotel and the attention to design. The hotel is on a nice quiet side street, and we enjoyed sitting outside doing some people watching. The free wine was definitely a nice perk, and created a nice cozy living room vibe!

The staff was nice and polite, but didn't particularly go out of their way to help. I was pretty disappointed with the rooms though - considering other reviews I opted for a superior double room, since other travellers thought the rooms pretty small. Our room was still very small, and didn't include a king sized bed, although the description said so. When I asked what made a superior room superior, I was told it was "superior" (?!). The rooms also looked like they had been much nicer 5 years ago, but not much improvement since - there were scuff marks on the walls, floor, and chairs.

The hotel was decorated to a high standard throughout and felt very modern. Facilities were good and the wine hour was an extremely nice touch which enhanced our trip. Good location as it is in walking distance to bus stops and the metro. Staff very always very friendly and happy to help.

The room was decorated to a high standard however was quite tight. It would benefit from an additional mirror in the room as we only had the one in the bathroom. There were a couple of issues with catching the lift down to reception as there was only one, not the end of the world but would have been nice not to have to use the stairs (especially with bags).

Location was perfect, close to many attractions.

The hotel is located in the very center of the city, not far from many interesting places. It's 5min walking distance to 2 metro stations and a train station. One of them takes you directly to the airport. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It took us maybe 1 day, to get used to the Danish minimalism, but once you do, it's a really nice room and hotel. The room and the bathroom were both clean. Everything was just as in the pictures. The bed was comfortable and in general the room had an interesting interior. The internet worked very well and was available in the whole hotel. We also loved, that the hotel organizes special happy hours every day. All in all, really great. We'd come again.

One big minus for us were the yellow mini-roofs outside, above the windows. When the wind blows, it sounds as if the neighbors are loudly moving boxes the whole time. It kept me up the first night, but we got used to it eventually. Secondly, I did not appreciate, that in order to use the internet, you have to provide your email address (so it's not really free, but only free of charge). Thirdly and lastly, the shower is an open one and it's impossible not to have half of the bathroom wet after a shower. But that's not too problematic.

Location was perfect, as we were able to walk everywhere also felt very safe the area we were in. The hotel was really nice and loved the interior design of the rooms and reception. The hotel offers house wine from 5pm which was very fun and very welcoming. Everything very clean

Unfortunately the first room we got given didn’t really look like the images we saw when booking it online and didn’t look like it was taken care of, but once we let the receptionist know about how the felt about it they were really nice to give us a new room and just like the one it looked like on the images online .

Hotel was amazing for me and my friend, the extras such as wine hour was a very cool idea! The hotel was thriving and so social during these times which was a nice atmosphere. We used the metro which was very close by and easy to get everywhere. The hotel sent us loads of information before we arrived which was great! The design of the hotel was amazing and nice to know there was a great restaurant next door.

Bathrooms were really nice, we have upgraded and expected the room to be a bit bigger and better mirror as it was quite dark. We also had confirmation our room would be ready when we asked for early check in but it wasn’t. But these didn’t effect our stay, we loved it here and would definitely stay again!

The location was superb. We stayed at the suite. There was plenty of room for the three of us. The windows were to the inner court so there were no disturbing noices of traffic interrupting our sleep, eventhough the room was at the first floor. The staff was very friendly and helpful and we ejoyed the wine hour :)

The room was very dark, only a few lamps were available. Also there was no air conditioning. The breakfast was not as good as a year ago, when I stayed at the hotel previously.

We were on the top floor so it was nice and quiet, even though we were by the lift. The room was fairly well equipped and the bed was comfortable. The wine and nightcap hours are a nice touch. It's fairly well located, being a short walk from metro lines and the central station.

There wasn't really much practical storage space (there were places but because of the compact size of the room it wasn't very usable). The temperature of the room was hard to get right, the shower-room had no heating and got cold but the bedroom had a radiator that seemed to put out a lot of heat even at the lowest setting. Frustrating that to use the WiFi you had to a) sign up to their newsletter, and b) sign in every 24 hours. For the size of the room it feels a little expensive, even for Copenhagen.
