Hotel Gabriel Issy Paris

Staff very helpful. Always knew my room number and gave me the correct key when I entered. Very friendly front desk. Easy and enjoyable walk to the Paris Expo (about a mile)

I thought breakfast was included but it wasn't and I didn't find out until I checked out. This may have been my fault- I'm not sure.

Walking distance to metro and market. Free tea and coffee in the lobby. The room was clean and the employees are very polite.

There is no card entry system and each room is given one key. If there is more than one person staying in the room and they do not travel together, it is necessary to be in constant communication for the key. I would prefer it to be a card system. Besides, you have to hand over the key to the lobby when leaving the room.

The staff were friendly, the bed was very comfortable and it was quiet. The staff were also nice too. Good location too not too far from the metro with a lovely neighborhood.

The rooms are deffinatley compact but it didn't affect us too much as we were out exploring for most of the day. The shower didn't have a door so water went everywhere which was inconvenient

ease of access as its close to a metro station, great area, across from a supermarket with lots of restaurants close by. Great staff, very comfortable and spacious rooms. 24hr front desk assistance. loved that windows fully opened to see street and take in the beautiful weather.

would have wished for at-least one of the two rooms we got to have had 2 smaller separate beds

Very beautiful and convenient area! Friendly staff! The breakfast could have some ham and cheese and usually after 9:30 we didn’t find any refill in sausages or croissants, we would find two pieces of sausages and three pieces of croissants even tho the breakfast is until 10:30. The lady would pack everything in the pastry section and would put them in one basket. It’s ok we would still eat our breakfast but we felt that we were late for breakfast. But I would 1000% go back I had amazing time And metro 5’ walk,3 souped markets around the corner and a bus stop on your front door! Clean room everyday!

We loved how clean it was and the bed was comfortable. The lady at check in was so helpful and friendly. Free coffee and iced water at all times. Just the little things made it wonderful.

It was going through a bit of renovation and we weren’t told about it before we came. It didn’t seem to cause any problems though.

Metro is very close to the hotel along with grocery stores and places to get coffee. Nabil, on nights what so entertaining and so accommodating! He was very much the best. He gave us recommendations on where to go along with which trains to take on the metro and set up a taxi from the hotel to the airport on the last day! We would most definitely come back to stay here!!

The other guy on nights was as friendly. We had a friend of color with he wasn’t nice to him…told him to stop when telling him the room number, stating that he was being annoying.

I visited France from Leeds, England for a conference, this was my first trip to France. The hotel staff, especially Mr. Nabi was very helpful. He guided me for Halal food, that was very essential for me, also guided about metro train service. The hotel room was clean, comfortable, heating system was good, wifi was working great. I had to leave 1 day earlier than I expected and booked, the hotel staff accepted to change my booking at the eleventh hour. Overall it was a fabulous experience. A big thumbs up!!!

Nothing much.

The room was little, but clean,the bed was very cozy. In the bathroom there was everything that we needed. The breakfast was fine and we can choose from plenty of food. The staff was very nice. The center of Paris can be reached half an hour. We are happy, that we stayed there.

The rooms are small but cozy and well appointed. Beautiful big windows, and a comfortable bed are highlights. The wifi was good. The location is also good, just down the street from the metro station.

There's no shower curtain on our bath/shower, which was a bit odd (perhaps that's our North American sensibilities?) but we were nervous while showering because we didn't want to get the floor all wet.
