The room was clean, the kitchen and crockery were clean, all the rooms and bedding were clean, the staff was very friendly and smiling, the location is good near the metro that goes directly to the center of Paris, very close to the bakery with the best croissants, a machine downstairs with drinks and snacks were very welcome, everything was ok, the surroundings were also fine

The room was a bit small and we couldn't all four of us sit at the kitchen table, that's a small thing as we were only in the room for the night, otherwise we were very happy with everything

The rooms are pretty clean, the staff are very friendly and helpful, the metro station is closed to the hotel, and there is a bakery nearby.

For one whole day, there was no water in the apartment at all; There aren't enough furniture; The pricing policy of the hotel is fairly tricky. The lowest price shown in Booking (77 Euro) is just for the first day, which seems as a hook. Then, for the second and third day, it costs 90 euro and the next two days 97 euro. The longer you stay, the more expensive the price is. This is against the common rules, I'm afraid. In fact, I asked for adding one day before the first day for this reservation one month before the departure and I had to pay 112 euro for it! In a word, I've paid 558 euro for 6 nights there. It means that the average price is not 77 but 97.3 euro!

Very close to metro train. Very helpful for getting into Paris to explore as a tourist. The facilities were really clean and comfortable and the staff were great and very helpful. The bakery nearby was awesome.

I would have preferred a few more shops around the location or being a bit closer to downtown. It would be great to have a fan available in the room. As a traveller it was unusual for me not to have a fan, which made sleeping not as easy. I realize this is not as common in France it seems, so maybe just an option for travellers would be great.

We really enjoyed staying at this property. The 1-bedroom apartment was big enough for 4 people and it had all that's needed for a comfortable stay. We had a small kitchen area with a stove, fridge, electric kettle, microwave, dishes and basic kitchenware. The private bathroom was clean and there were enough towels for 4 people. The hotel breakfast (9 euro/pers) was basic but quite good, including pastry, cereals, ham and cheese. Definitely a good value for its price!

The property is located quite far from the tourist centre of Paris but is easily accessible by metro.

300 m to metro, super clean tiny but useful.35 minute to center.price/ performance 👍🏼. get Bonjour Ratp app for metro. maison Alford les Juliette’s is our station. check location. this is the single decision u must for this hotel. we were 4 with 2 kids. cozy, warm, all time hot water. 20 m to Boulangerie best croissants 🥐 in Paris trust me.do not take hotel breakfast for 11€ croissants 1,10 only and best Parisien thing.

The property has a very good process in place for late checkin .The paid vending machine is good for midnight snacking.Also the staff was polite and room clean with all the necessities.

The location turned out to be not that convenient for us as during our visits due to construction the routes weren’t near the property and we have to walk to nearest station but manageable .And again there is some amount of traveling needed to reach tourist spot.

The location is 5 min walk to a metro station to reach Paris in about 20 min so this was great. The staff was very helpful to find us a better room than the one we had. It was a comfy stay for a week. The parking is secure. Overall it was a very good option to visit Paris for a week.

The room we had at the start didn't meet our expectations, there was a bad smell and the bathroom was in a really bad state. The second room we had smelt cigarette but it was way better than the first.

Amazing room, kettle, coffee pot, hair dryer, 2 chairs and a table, big window, very good lights, enough towels for 2 people, everything was comfortable, complimentary bundle with 2 instant coffees, 2 teas and some cookies - wonderful.

The room got way too hot because of the boiler, but we opened the window and the room's door and let it ventilate.

My room was spacious and was clean . The location and staff were absolutely great. I will definitely recommend for a short- term stay . A coffee machine , boiler , microwave and cutlery were provided so very handy .

Nothing really I would just say that the room might need some refreshments but nothing major.

The kitchen was very clean and has all the necessary utilities. I also appreciate the cleanliness of the bed sheets.

I would have liked to have window mosquito screen like we have in Canada. But wherever I traveled in France I noticed that it is not accustomed. It did not bother me much.
