I thoroughly enjoyed the outstanding hospitality of the place. It had a friendly and welcoming atmosphere that made me feel like part of a family. The environment was peaceful and serene, providing a truly relaxing stay. I didn't encounter any negative experiences with any aspect of the service, including cleanliness and customer service, which were of the highest standard. I hold this hotel in high regard and eagerly anticipate my next holiday trip to return.

To be honest, there wasn't anything that we didn't like about our experience. Every aspect of cleanliness and customer service met our expectations and left no room for any negative impressions.

The hotel is not very far from the centre of Paris, you can easily get there by metro. What we really liked about the hotel is its staff. They were always ready to help if we had any problems. On our first day of stay, I was not able to switch on the hob. So, I thought it was broken and asked for another room The boy at the reception was quick to meet my request. But, as it turned out that everything was OK with the hob, we decided to stay in our room, though the room offered was bigger. Also, having a small kitchen while staying in Paris for more than two days, is a great advantage. There are some shops in the area (e.g.Auchan), cafes, and restaurants. I think staying at this hotel is a great value.

I didn't like the smell in the corridor. And the carpets could be replaced.

The room was very clean, the bathroom was spotless. The shower was great water pressure and temperature. The window opened nice and wide letting some fresh air in. There was a little fan in case it was too hot. The bed was huge and so comfortable. The property is about 10 minute walk from a lovely lake great for relaxing on the last day. The property is less than 10 minute walk from the metro, which is really easy to use and can take you pretty much anywhere you want to go in Paris very easily.

The only thing was the location. As a single female traveller being an hour away on the metro was a tiny bit nerve wracking at night. But that’s my problem as I didn’t check the location properly. I also felt very safe on the metro which is busy at all times. But an Uber into and from the city is like €20 if you don’t feel like taking the metro.

Excellent location just 5 mins stroll to the Metro giving easy links to the city attractions. Just off the highway so easy access in and out of Paris with a vehicle. Secure parking for my motorcycle. Good facilities in the apartment. Good choices for breakfast. Double glazing effective in reducing the road noise still apparent at the back of the building.

There are some restaurants about 5 minutes walk away but they are not stunning. Best to eat dinner in the city before coming back. If you get a room facing the main highway, you will probably need to keep the window closed at night.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast was very good with lots of cakes, bread, boiled eggs, fruit, muesli, yogurt, cheese, tea, coffee etc. The room was larger than I expected and very comfortable. I would highly recommend!

Unfortunately the location wasn't easy because the train line to the closest station was under repair, but that is not something the hotel could have fixed. They were very helpful in providing information about how best to travel to where we wanted to go too.

The downstairs area was nice- our son loved the toys and the space.. The staff were friendly and it felt like a safe place (I like how the lifts work with the key card.) The area was good too, felt very family-friendly and not touristy. Our room was comfortable and had most things that a person would need for one night.

No air-conditioning! It was very hot when we stayed and we didn't get much sleep. The apartment/room could have done with a bit of a revamp as it felt a bit dated, but it didn't bother us very much.

A hotel with aperfect access to the centre of Paris. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, clean bathroom. It is possible to buy something to eat at the hotel. Around the hotel you can find a few shops with food and restaurants.

We were there in September so we didn´t need air conditioning. Due to the location of the hotel (next to a busy highway) it would be good to have air conditioning available on hot days.

The location is perfect. The kitchen is well-equipped, and Auchan is within 7 min walk. The bed is comfy enough, the bathroom is clean. Metro station is within 5 min walking distance. Really great value for money for Paris.

The hotel is situated against a busy highway, so there is no balcony and it is hardly possible to keep windows open due to the noise. With closed windows and ventilation switched on everything was fine. The furniture and equipment are a bit old, though fully functional.

The location was perfect for we travel with our dog. By crossing the street we were able to walk the dog in the forest and we were still close to the center of Paris. The view was nice and all employees were very nice. Using the parking garage was also very convenient.

It was rather hot during our stay. The lack of air conditioning was a bit troublesome. We slept with the windows open and that was rather noisy. But still, a very nice stay, so we won't complain (much :-) ).

clean and with no noise. good acustic isolation. friendly and helpful staff. with utensils and silverware to eat if needed. 5 minute walk from RER train station and metro station. bakeries and supermarkets nearby. simple and pleasant hotel.
