Kyriad Paris Est - Bois de Vincennes

The staff was very nice and friendly. The location is also perfect with public transportation all around the hotel. Not far of Paris. The bed size was also perfect (a large bed for my part just like I asked). Very soft and comfortable

Nothing that much. Just would have been nice to have a fridge and some glasses with a kettle, coffee and tea

Comfortable modern hotel, as expected from the Kyriad chain. Pleasant and helpful staff. Location is excellent, just off the motorway leading from/to Paris, yet in a quiet street, a short walking distance through a pleasant residential area with shops and cafés, to the nearest metro station at Charenton-Écoles (line 8) , from which to reach Central Paris in half an hour and/or connect to many other lines in the network. The Bois de Vincennes (a very large wooded park with many sports/leisure amenities and a zoo) is a short walk away.

The garage access is very narrow. We preferred to park elsewhere, just beyond Charenton-Écoles metro station.

Staff were very friendly and quickly sorted out minor issues. Beds were very comfortable. The location was super, shops restaurants and the Bois all within a short walk. I was able to get takeaway and eat it in the restaurant area despite the restaurant being closed.

Restaurant was advertised as open but was shut with a response of we are unsure for how long. An error was made with booking and I was given a room without a bath (a bath was a priority reason for booking) whilst the issue was quickly resolved the bath was tiny (my 7 year old live it as it was deep but even she couldn't lie down) I did speak to staff and recommended that when advertising rooms with a bath they should state the baths are very small. There are a number of larger baths but I was told I should send a message when booking to request a larger bath (or a normal size for anyone not living in central paris)

The hotel is far from Paris centrum but the metro station is 10 minutes' walking distance. With metro the major attractions are at average of 45 minutes' distance. There are two supermarkets around and some restaurants. The personnel is helpful and speaks good English. The hotel is much better than the average hotel in Paris. The room heating could be adjusted from the heater thermostat. It's a hotel were I could return in the future.

Quality of the wifi. The speed is very bad. The heating. The shower temperature was not constant.

The hotel was quite all right for the price, the rooms were clean, large enough and maintained every day. It was about 10 minutes away from the metro station (it took about 30 min to get to Paris in the train itself). Staff was very friendly!

The breakfast was ok, provided that you like it sweet. There were no vegetables at all or any warm dishes (like scrambled eggs or sausages).

Was a great stop in between Disney and paris. Lovely little Italian restaurant up the street. Staff very helpful as it was extremely hot in the room they gave us a fan. Lift straight from car park to our floor was great no dragging round heavy suitcases.

Only downside was the underground parking which took us a few goes to figure out as we had a big car but we know that can't be helped

The hotel was very calm, I love the breakfast also.

I don't like the 2 beds together. Because I didn't sleep properly.

Staff were very helpful. We had a long and stressfull journey and although we were early for check in, the receptionist was exceptional and offered us a free coffee. All the staff were friendly.

Very little. The carpet had a couple of very small stains and there was no kettle in the room but the only thing that dissapointed us was opennig our curtains to see a guest from another room getting dressed so pehaps would have been better to have a voil/net curtains for modesty.

The location was walkable distance from M8 Charenton Echolas metro station. The breakfast was excellent.The front office desk was extremely helpful in answering any type of queries.The room was perfect for the cost provided. The total experience was overall very nice.

The wash basin was choked up. Need to wait untill the water drain out.The water closet was very tight for a 6ft or more tall person.

The Staff was nice, they were nice in general. There was a man who was really polite but I forgot his name. By the way, another thing that I liked it was the hotel was cleaned. I liked in general

There were some point at night that was a little bit warm inside the room, I tried to turn on the air conditioning but it didn't work and I couldn't sleep properly
