Spacious apartment in quiet location

Too far from the centrum

it was very clean and exactly like the pictures. 10 mins from metro connecting to the main places in Paris. very very good value for money. the residence is of a very good quality.

the location is in a bit weird area with some suspicious people on the street during night. nothing happed but i just thought it was weird. and you can hear the doors closing near you im the apartment really loud. other than that i really recommend for touristic visit. just one advice dont go out after 11 pm and make sure to visit love pizza across the street its amazing.

At times, one small elevator for all guests could be a problem. There's no air-conditioning.

Simple, clean and cozy appartment, very kind staff. Very sufficient to check in, get the keys, check out.

I missed a proper knife. Location is a bit far from metro, but we felt safe while walking around the area, so it wasnt big deal. There is one food store which has great opening hours in the way from metro to apartment.

Last day we had to leave early and they don't have breakfast ready or instructions with times, so we couldn't take it. You have to pay a deposit for your room, and they have many rules and costs if you don't clean before your leave or if you forget the key inside your room for example, that's why we were kind of afraid of using some of things in the room because we didn't want to pay any fee for that, also I took pictures before check outfor being sure just in case of any charge.

Very comfortable flat, freedom and independence allow you to feel at home. The kitchen was a lifesaver for those occasions when you prefer to stay at home and have dinner, and although the utensils were limited in number, it had everything you needed. Exactly in front of the entrance of the residence there is the bus stop, which you can take to get to the metro, easily connecting you to the centre. In any case the metro is about a 15 minute walk away, so quite easy to reach even for those who want to avoid taking the bus to make 3 stops.

The location was mostly quiet and a little bit out of the way of central Paris, but with quick access to public transport, access to pharmacies, restaurants, supermarkets. The staff were extremely friendly and understanding and went out of their way to make my stay a pleasant one. While there was a language barrier (I can only speak English and not much French) it was managed professionally - knowing some French will be helpful if possible, but that's reasonable in Paris. The facilities were basic, but solid, with a microwave, fridge, stovetop, USB charging for phones, WiFi, a TV, a desk, a small side table, and a large and firm but very comfortable bed. The facilities were clean and well looked after, and the room was spacious. You'll find bigger hotel rooms - but not for this price. Also, the bathroom has a combined shower and bath. I had breakfast for some of the time I was at the hotel - it was fresh, the breakfast room was clean and well maintained and welcoming, and the breakfast was literally my first taste of Paris. Having free and reliable (with one minor exception) WiFi available as soon as I got to my room was awesome. I appreciated how simple it was to get online and I was even able to chat with a manager of the hotel about my experiences with the WiFi in some detail. Above all else, it felt safe and provided great value for money. I felt they went above and beyond for sure.

The sign-in process for the WiFi didn't work for some of the first day, which meant I was limited to 15 minute sessions. It worked reliably for the rest of my stay. The WiFi blocks access to Secure Shell (SSH). If you don't know what that means, you won't be affected by it and will be completely fine. It was however perfect for browsing, video calls and some light video streaming. There was enough hot water for 1 full hot bath, but only if you left it on max heat and waited for it to fill instead of using the bath while it filled up. That may have been user error though :)

Surprisingly large room! Comfortable bed, and clean place. It was completely quiet during the night and I slept well. Fridge is good, becuse you can keep the drinks cool. Easy to find the place. Breakfast was good, nothing special but absolutely worth for the money and tasty.

Elevator did not work, and my room was on 5th floor. Curtains were not thick enough to keep the room dark at night. Problems with clogged water pipes at bathroom.

Very good place! I recommend this place to everyone! I really liked it. If I am in this city again, I will definitely try to settle in the same place! The conditions are very comfortable, the cost is good, there is everything for a comfortable life! Especially good location! I recommend this place to everyone!
