City Résidence Paris Saint-Maurice

Good place to stay in Paris, especially according to price rate and room sizes) it's affordable by price and quiet easy to reach city center by metro line 8, which is just 10 minutes walking from hotel. The room sizes are also quite big compared to other Paris accommodations, but a little bit dark. Newly renovated hotel, but the corridors already are needed to be refurbished again.

Kitchen hasn't enough basic stuff, it could disappointed a little bit, but it's quite various by each room. The hotel guys from reception are very different - some of them are quite attentive and polite, some of them are quite rude and could has strange behavior, while the guest faced a problem in room such as broken lock in bathroom. At first he could laugh directly in front of you, in some time later he could be angry and even aggressive - its not pleasant and polite at all. He fixed up the lock meanwhile, but impression of situation isn't good. My colleagues didn't like the breakfast, so we didn't come there.

The studio was very clean and the location was excellent. Plenty of stores nearby and close to the metro station with small distance to Paris centre. I would definitely recommend.

Our only issue was the WiFi. I had to keep registering, every 15min approximately, to the network to be able to use so there was no constant Internet supply and it was a bit tiring to use.

The room is really clean and well equipped with kitchen utensils like forks, knives, plates and even a corkscrew. perfect for those who are budget travelling and would like to heat up some food or cook.

maybe only the location - its a bit of a walk from the line 8 metro station, and far away from the city centre. but no big deal!

Our room was spacious with plenty of storage for a longer stay. Even though we were close to the highway, the double window system kept the street noise to a minimum and it was hardly noticeable. Being close to the highway made it easy to get to other parts of Paris. Parking was easy. The only issue that came up while we were there was that one of the elevators did not work properly, but staff worked quickly to get that resolved. It was easy to do laundry as well. The kitchenette was well supplied and it was easy to cook dinners. There are a couple of neighborhood grocery stores within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again. Great for families or groups. Staff was very friendly.

We had a pleasant stay in City Résidence Paris Saint-Maurice for four nights. The suite had a small kitchen with necessary kitchenware like pot and pan, knife, spoon, etc. which was very useful. Our window in 5th floor had a beautiful view of the river with ships passing. Cleanness of the room was totally acceptable specially the bed and sheets. Decoration looked modern and minimal. The staff were kind and friendly and the reception was open all the time. The luggage room was locked and only staff could open it, so our belongs were safe. The hotel is quit far from city center.

The floor of the room was not clean. There were no slippers and they did not change the towels before the 5th day!

The rooms were good and decently spacious. I believe the entire property was newly renovated and i had to admit they did a pretty decent work. It is not close to city center, however it is not difficult to reach to Nord station. You can either use a metro ( 2 stations near by within a 1 kms walk or a bus station nearby (within 300 mtrs walk). Using Metro to reach Paris Central is about 30 mins and it is pretty easy to figure it out. It is a residential area and there are multiple choices of restaurants nearby. This is definitely a Value for Money property considering the rents you pay at the city center, as long as you don't expect any fancy hotel.

There was a bit of odor coming out from the drain hole in the bathroom.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The photos on the website were accurate and the rooms looked nice. Some rooms are bigger and our bathroom was newly renovated, so that was a big plus. The kitchenette was fully equipped with everything we needed and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is great, very safe and pretty neighbourhood and close to the metro station. There are also supermarkets nearby and cafe shops. For our 3 nights stay it was exactly what we needed and we will come back. It’s not luxurious, but for a short trip to Paris on a budget it’s definitely one of the best options!

I loved the neighborhood. It was really cute and quiet. Only a few blocks from the train. The room was clean, comfortable, and the air conditioning worked good. The room was pretty quiet despite it being close to a freeway (good windows). I only noticed some noise when there was a person staying above us the second night. But it wasn't that bad and I could sleep through it

The only thing was that the bed didn't have a full sheet on it. It had two half sheets that they put together. It covered the bed but it was a bit weird. Why not just buy a full sheet?

The building was quiet and very easy to locate. The location in the town square gives you access to food and shopping. The location was the best part of this facility.

The bed could be upgraded as it was difficult for to sleep comfortably. Also very low to the ground like we were sleeping on the floor. The linens and towels could use an upgrade as they were old, worn and scratchy. Not soft at all. The iron was broken. The shower did not drain at all so you were left standing in ankle deep water. Ew.

This property is perfect if you are travelling with kids. The place was clean and the beds comfortable and enough towels for the 5 of us for the whole weekend which was a bonus. Also nearly everything we needed was there like shower gels , toilet rolls , washing up liquid and they even had a dishwasher and the tablets. 🤩 I would recommend having a disposable dish cloth , and maybe have a few sachets of salt with the teas and coffee.

The lift from the car park was not working making it difficult moving bags from the car to the first floor and then lift to the 6th floor. Also the windows are not safe for those with small children. They need bars longer than what’s there currently. Or warn parents about the risks of the windows. we misplaced the car parking key and lost the €25 deposit, I don’t think it will cost the hotel that much to replace the card key. So annoyed about that.
