Good location to visit Paris. Paid parking spot under the building. Recommended for people who want to leave the car at the hotel and explore Paris by metro.

The apartment needs renovation, especially the bathroom. The staff wanted us to leave the room 1 hour before the checkout time.

First : we were relocated to Adagio Tour Eiffel since some problems at Adagio Paris XV. So our comments refer to Adagio company and Adagio Tour Eiffel. - Company response to accomodate us in a better place. - Staff was effective and most friendly. - Location is outstanding, maybe a hint of the nearest Metro stations wouldn't go amiss. - Courtesy Pastries in the Lobby. - Quiet and comfortable apartments. - Closed parking in the building and connected with lift. - Views from 19th floor were amazing ( building has 31 floors )

The apartment they gave us was clean. The wifi was decent for browsing, less of someone is intending to work. The location is nice with metro and tram stations close by which make it easy to get to the major attractions.

The property didn't share the details on how to open the main door. We reached late and had to keep knocking to get the door open. The receptionist was sitting there but didn't bother to open it for us. The location from Google maps is not accurate. We spent a good 30 mins searching for the place . They didn't give enough towels or toilet paper. We needed to go down to the reception to get those.

Good value for money. Bed was comfortable. Would be great if they prepare the sofa bed for us. Nonetheless ot was easy to set ot up anyway. Room was warm and comfortable. The staff was nice and accomodating. To me its not like a 4 or 5 star hotel but the amenities was sufficient. Still 10/10 rating for me. The big plus was they have a luggage room so if you arrive early or want to leave your luggage after checking out you can do so with no extra charge. Location was ideal as well. Located near the motorway that circles Paris city. Also near to metro and tram stops.

Toilet sometimes smell like cigarettes smoke. Most likely from the ventilation from the room close to us who are smoking

There are some very negative reviews for this hotel, but I did not find them to be true. The room was very clean, neat and functional. The facilities are slightly dated - but only slightly. For the price and Paris, it is a superb apartment where you can self cater, not have to eat out every night for a long stay

The location and self-catering, as a serviced apartment, whilst very convenient, may not be what you are looking for in a first visit to Paris but if you are after somewhere to stay for a long visit, it's excellent

We had a room for 4 people/3 nights for only 430 euros. It had a big double bed and a sofa that turned into 2 individuals beds, all of them super comfortable. Plus, there is a full equipped kitchen with electric dishwasher with soap pills included!! Nearby you can find a Carrefour supermarket and metro lines 8 and 12 that takes you directly to the main attractions in Paris (opera, Montmartre...) Definitely recommend it.

Just booked self catering for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Great space, room divider with 2 single beds and a double. Well stocked kitchenette. Fab location, 5 min walk from metro to anywhere! Staff friendly

Bathroom bit tired, needed re grouting. No ventilation in toilet or bathroom.

The location was good - very close to a metro station and still within the Zone 1. Also bus stops and tram stops were very close. Carrefour shop is just around corner if you need to buy something. The room was nice, and the kitchen was also well equipped, we did not miss anything in this regard.

The breakfast was ok but could have a bigger variety of items. The room could use some little repairs (socket being a bit loose in the wall, visible furniture scratches etc...).

The location is a quick bike ride into Paris center and there are several restaurants around the building. The paid parking was convenient since there aren’t a lot of options of places to park in the city.

The bathroom looked like there could have been some water damage around the window but overall it was clean and spacious.
