Breakfast was good. Hotel 1 minute to metro that will take you to Paris center.

Covers were vintercovers and very heavy. Some unfortunate confusion with keycards, which I'm sure they will work to avoid in the future.

The hotel was 20-25 minutes by metro to Paris tourist attractions. When you get used to using the metro, travelling to city center is very easy. Distance from the hotel to metro station (Mairie d'issy metro station that is the final stop of the green metro line, numbered M12) is 200 metres, no exaggeration. There are a few good restaurants, a patisserie, a tobacco shop and a greengrocer's in 30 seconds walking distance. There is a huge supermarket named Monoprix where you can find anything at reasonable prices, in 1 minute walking distance. The neighborhood is silent. Our room was facing the street but we were never bothered by any noise. Our room was spacious enough for me and my son. The bed and the pillows were great, very comfortable, the best I have ever seen in a hotel. Our room and all the hotel was clean. AC was working very well. The personnel were always HELPING and very FRIENDLY. The hotel provides free fresh water that you can take to your room and also fill your bottles for touring the city. Moreover, they provide free sparkling water from a water automat, juices and little snacks. The only thing that would be better would be to have a refrigerator in the room. Definitely, will stay here again.

I had the pleasure of staying at a remarkable hotel in Paris recently, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by a warm and friendly staff who provided impeccable service throughout my stay. One of the standout features of this hotel is its perfect location. The best part is that it's just a one-minute walk away from the nearest metro station, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city. Whether I wanted to visit the Louvre, stroll along the Champs-Élysées, or enjoy the vibrant nightlife in Montmartre, I could easily hop on the metro and reach my destination in no time. All in all, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Paris. Its wonderful services, combined with its unbeatable location just a minute away from the metro, make it the perfect choice for both leisure and business travelers. Prepare to be impressed by the impeccable service, luxurious accommodations, and the convenience of exploring the enchanting city of Paris with ease.

Upon arrival we were met by friendly staff. We were shown the car elevator to the underground parking (not suitable for large cars) so knew our car was safe. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. Tea/coffee making facilities were present. The air conditioning was very effective, we even got it too cold when outside was 30C Location is great, Issy is a nice area and the metro station was just 1 minutes walk away. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice. I would say Bootcamp has a boutique feel though it is modern. It really is perfect for visiting Paris

There was nothing that bothered us

Very good location. Easy access to metro so very easy to get about the city. Very friendly staff. Loved the free access to hot drinks - really welcome touch. Lovely roof garden/seating area (meant for smokers but we were only ones up there on several occasions) felt like a little oasis. Great breakfast. Very clean.

Misunderstanding on arrival as we'd booked a twin room and got a double. Took some time to resolve as different rooms were shown but staff did find a solution and were very friendly and helpful. They gave free breakfast as a gesture. Just double check your booking and state 2 single beds not twin as this seemed to cause the issue.

The hotel staff were extremely friendly. The location of the hotel was fantastic for stress-free driving to Paris, and then using the local Metro line which is a 1 min walk from the hotel, to take you into the heart of the city (10 minutes to Montparnasse). The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Coffee available 24 hours from foyer machine. We didn't take the breakfast so unable to comment. The local neighbourhood that the hotel is in is very nice with a great cafe half a minute away. Very happy with our stay and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

The underground Car Park (Indigo Car Parks) was fine, but driving to it from the hotel as instructed wasn't easy (we ended up driving down a no-access street just to get to it). Geographically it's very near, but getting to it in a car is a bit of a pain.

Our room was snug to say the least, but it was clean with a comfy bed and the staff were lovely, the best bit (and why we booked)was the very secure underground car park, which you entered via driving the car into a lift. To say it was a tight fit is an understatement, but at 19 euros for 24 hours secure parking in the center of Paris, was a bonus. Breakfast at bootcamp was surprising lovely, big choice of food, fresh pastries, cakes, fresh fruit, breads, jams, meats, preserves, yogurts, drink choices hot or cold, toast scrambled egg and sausage, but my favorite was the fresh pancake maker that delivered you a stack of delicious fresh pancakes. It is a basic place, but has everything you need if you don’t plan on spending lots of time in your room, fresh coffee and water free in reception at all times and 24 hour reception staff, who are all lovely and vert knowledgeable. Great little place and right next door to the metro, so you can easily get anywhere in the city.

Nothing really, offered what it described for a small reasonably priced hotel in the center of Paris

What a nice experience to book and stay at this property. My good experience began even before booking. I called the property to ask some questions before booking and Zoulikha was super nice and kind to respond to my requests. After booking, she even had courtesies with us. At our arrival, Mustaffa was extremely kind helping us with the check in and parking. The day after, Nabil helped us at check out and he was also super nice and polite. We were pleasantly surprised by this property. It is exactly as you see it in the photos. The rooms are beautiful, clean and comfortable. The breakfast is also good and enough. They even had gluten free bread which was a very nice surprise. All of their staff members were amazing! We forgot a small toy of my toddler and came back, the housekeeping team found it and were very kind to bring it to the reception. Also the location is good as it is very close to the Metro, carrefour and restaurants. Don't think twice and book it, you won't regret it :)

The only thing that could have been better is that our stay was longer. Unfortunately, due to change of plans we could only stay one night. Next time we're in Paris, this property will be for sure our choice.

This hotel had everything for the bargain price I secured it for! Spacious lobby and reception area, space to work, huge dining room if you added the breakfast option and a garden which was so peaceful. The room was tidy, spacious, and comfortable. There were tea and coffee facilities and even chocolates on the pillow to welcome you! Bathroom was a good size with excellent lighting. I would happily stay here again, given the quality of the hotel and the proximity to the métro and other local amenities (Monoprix, bakery, restaurants etc).

Staff were exceptional. They worked together as a team, supporting one another to provide exceptional customer service. The water filter machine and high end coffee machine are a welcoming touch and free to use.

Each room has 3 large, bizarre, planet ball lights. They take up too much space and do not provide enough light. I bumped my head on them several times. Also, the paint colours on the walls are too dark. They are not “happy,” colours. The “Happy” Bootcamp Hotel would benefit from a Designer Makeover that includes practical ceiling lights and neutral, luminous paint on the walls. The potential to be the best hotel in Issy is possible!
