Arty Paris Porte de Versailles by River

The hotel is much better than expected. The room was in an excellent state, very clean including the bathroom and a very comfortable bed. The room has a desk with great wifi for work. The hotel is located in such a peaceful and accessible area of the 15th arrondissement with great room views. It is not super fancy but well decorated with great service so I am surprised by the bad reviews!

The only thing I found uncomfortable was the elevator due to its tiny size and I could barely fit my 2 suitcases and myself inside. Other than that, I had a beautiful view from the 4th floor.

the staff was amazing and extremely helpful and friendly. was very grateful for the facility holding all our luggage for a couple days before our stay! thank you for helping us find affordable transportation to the airport. for the price and and the amount of people that were staying in the room, we are very grateful for the experience and highly recommend to those working with this budget!

the facility could have been a little more spacious but i understand that for the central location, this is part of what comes. overall, there is nothing else I didn't like or would have expected differently. the space was made up for by the amenities and staff!

room was good we even saw the top of eifel, everything was clean and good, ofcourse bathroom could be little bit bigger but thats nothing. This place was price performance if we will be going back to Paris this will be 100% my choice to stay. location was good even if you wanted to see louvre on foot, good facilities. Staff was very nice guy who works at night with lobg hair, the best recepcionist we ever had. I would recomend this place for sure it was one of the cheapest but realy good qulaity. Realy good location could reach every where we wanted, on foot or with scooter or mottoroller.

small lift but it was nothing i know how to use stairs. toilet could be little bit bigger, but i am 1,86 and i could fit there easeliy

Every time I go to Paris, I book a room in this hotel/hostel, which is located in a nice neighbourhood where everything is close and accessible on foot. The Tramway and the Underground are less than 15 minutes walk from the accommodation. The supermarket and boulangerie less than 5 minutes walk. My room was spotless and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was tiny but functional. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. I enjoyed my stay at Arty.

Really enjoyed my stay, modern, stylish hotel room with comfortable beds. Bathroom seemed newly renovated with great lighting and a big window in the room for lots of natural light.

Location wasn't directly in the middle of the city but eiffel tower and other landmarks were a 40 minute walk or quick metro away. Very little negatives to the stay, room next door were very noisy but did not majorly affect stay.

Me and my 3children's ,love to stay here,all what we need is to have a shower and to sleep, the shower it's clean, the water is perfectly hot, the beds are clean 👌 The staff are very friendly and helpful and polite, thank you for great service. The staff were SO nice, I felt really comfortable with them and they helped with any problems. The bedroom was clean and the bed was very comfortable, I liked the way we did not have to ask for new towels, they were provided every two days! The location was also fantastic as we attended a conference nearby, and it also did not take too much time to get to the main attractions of Paris! The common area was nice and I liked the way you could buy water from the front desk.

The room was quite warm, but I understand that it was warm that week as it was towards the end of Summer, maybe a fan would have helped. The room does not look like the pictures, in reality it is much more basic with 0 decorations. The room itself was a good size but the bathroom was TINY - to the point where you could not get dressed in there and had to squeeze into the shower and sit sideways on the toilet to fit in the room. The lift is also very very small, but that is not a big issue.

Super clean, cozy and stylish! Neigbourhood is exceptional: 15th arrondissement, quiet and at the same time full of little restaurants, close to Gare Monparnasse where a half dozen of buses are always ready to take you to

The shower in my room hasn't been well isolated so there was quite a flood after the using! And yes, it would be better to have something to hang up a coat in the room

the location is perfect, very calm. the common room, the coffee machine ! He staff is super nice. Breakfast is good, cereals are missing a nice stay for me

In The private room I was staying , a small lamp is missing ( for reading for example ). No decoration at all. The bathroom needs to be refresh, a lot of moisture , the door of the shower was not closing correctly, the wall have some moisture traces as wellW As I say, it is just a refresh of the room and bathroom. This is not really aproblem, this is just esthetical point. But I except a nice room at 77 euros per night. It doesn’t change the fact that I really enjoy my stay and the neighborhood

The staff was just amazing and very helpful. The location is pretty good, too. Only 40 minutes walk to the Eiffel tower and 10 minutes from the nearest metro station

The room doesn't look like the photo, but I was satisfied with it. The bathroom was really small, though. If you are taller than 160, you won't be able to close the door while using the facilities.
