The room was great and hotel staff fantastic

The balcony room was a waste of time . The balcony is shared by 4 rooms with only stick plants segregating ! Didn’t feel safe . You could easily walk along all rooms ! Plus view was not nice the back of a block of flats ! So to pay more for it was not good value at all .

Conveniently located next to the metro station, very well-designed lobby and a cafe area. Room has all of the necessary facilities and shower is very convenient - with 3 options of where you can get the water from )

1. Room is pretty small and has a long corridor, which is a bit dysfunctional. 2. No closing wardrobe, so you have to put your clothes on shelves - minor, but might be inconvenient for a long stay 3. On one day I came back to the room at 3pm and it was still not made up - housekeeper came later

The stay was amazing. Room was cleaned everyday. Everything was so clean without any dust. Some sweeties/ water/coffe tea packswere presented casually. There are several amenities in bathroom, and hangers in closet. Also table and chairs. Bus and metro station Pasteur exactly near the hotel. Easy to reach supermarket, which is in 2 streets higher than hotel. A liitle bit down you can reach park, you can reach the Eiffel Tower on step. Great view from the rooftoo restaurant. Staff was very helpful. I want to thank Samir, who was very kind to assist in some questions regarding the city and transportation as well. If you think to go or not? definitely go!

Aesthetically it was beautiful, we appreciate the consistency of the branding. the Frontdesk was very helpful to all our inquiries and concerns. great there’s heater inside the bathroom, it’s convenient to wash and dry our undergarments

The layered carpets at the lobby keep us stumbling. maybe find a way to fix it or add antislip? also for the housekeeping, make sure they daily replenish the toiletries w shower gel & replenish ref and bar w water & coffee - have an extra of bottle would help.

Our welcome to the hotel was so warm and inviting especially made so with Sam. Sam was so helpful in answering all our questions about Paris and giving us more helpful info that made our stay and getting around much easier. Laura was also incredibly helpful too! You must go to the rooftop bar it’s a draw card to the hotel. The decor as you enter is so cosy, chic an comfortable while in the room is so modern. Loved our stay.

The only downside is the location which is just a little far from some of the main tourist attractions; however it was easy to get around the metro.

Villa M is a beautiful hotel! Perfect location to the metro, and walking distance and views of a few top must sees. Very convenient to lots of great restaurants too! Loved the decor and modernity of the furnishings, and room amenities. Did not get a chance to see the rooftop and or use the terrace, would have loved to experience in the summer when we come back someday!

Perhaps the modernity could be communicated to the cleaning staff. We had made sure to turn on the Do Not Disturb setting ON everyday of our trip, but cleaning staff still knocked and even entered our room. This event did not make us feel confident about the security of our stay.

We loved our experience, the staff wee incredibly welcoming, the room and bed were comfortable. They very kindly upgraded us and nothing seemed a problem. The hotel was absolutely lovely.

The gym needs a little more equipment. The member of staff taking care of the gym on the saturday afternoon was impatient to leave as the day had been quiet.... whilst i understand, from a customer service perspective, being told to put things away and turn the lights off is probably not the best. not the end of the world however not what one would expect.

Very nice designed Hotel: rooms and also the public area. Well located with the subway station Pasteur directly in front of the hotel. In a few minutes, possible to reach all major spots. Breakfast buffet with a nice selection and quality. Front office staff is well organised (also to handle a group like us with 5 rooms and different lengths of the stay).

The restaurant has a very nice atmosphere. However, the quality of the food as well as of the service is low. For the food: very few choices. The meals that get served are ok, but not more. In terms of price value and compared with other restaurants in Paris a very bad deal. Expect of the Chef de Service that works on the evenings, the staff isn't interested to serve the guests. If you want to order something, it can take forever and there is then also the chance that they again forget about it. More training needed (especially also in relations with the prices that get charged)...

It is a new Hotel, liked very much the building and decoration, beautiful from the outside and inside. I and my wife stayed for four nights in the middle of October, the room was spacious, with a nice view for the street and just above the tree tops. The queen size bed was very confortable, a very nice surprise. Did not experience the breakfast, as we opted to have it in the street. The restaurant of the Hotel was always busy lucnh and dinner, so I imagine it must be good. The staff were always helpful. Wifi without any problem throughout the Hotel. Although is is located a bit far from the center, the streets nearby have several restaurants wich seem og good quality. By the way, the metro station is right in front of the Hotel, so easy to go anywhere. Another thing, there are rent bicycles by the metro station. We rented them several times, no proble, going by bicycle to the center or coming.

Nothing to comment, really no negative issue.

The location (although many things are far away if u want to walk) but I didn't want to be in a touristy area so I loved it. The staff are welcoming and helpful. I thank the young boy in the reception and the young girl in the restaurant booking area. I had a situation with a bottle of cleanser and they tried their best to fix it ! Cosy lobby, smart decor. The room it self is something else. the open bathroom. The details , branding and packaging just wow.

I was there for 3 nights and I had to pass by the reception everyday because my card wont work that was disturbing. I was excited to visit the roof top but a staff told me it opens twice a week and another staff told me only when the weather is good. so was confusing.
