Clean facilities and spacious rooms. The staff was exceptional with some exceptions of course. The guys working the night shift were excellent in providing us with the help we needed and were always smiling. the cleaning was great and the layout of the rooms comfortable. the breakfast was also tasty with variety and it included fruits. I would recommend this establishment and would consider visiting again. special thanks to the men working the night shift. They were friendly and amazing

As a receptionist myself I didn’t want to give a bad rating but it should be said that Monique who works the morning shift is an absolute nightmare. she was nothing but rude with us, truly her attitude is not suitable for a hospitality establishment. she also failed to make proper notes of some charges we made which caused misunderstandings before the check out. I am one to always give the benefit of the doubt but she really looks like she hates her job, or us. either way, she has no customer service skills, no soft skills and her body language was also hostile. If not for the other receptionists who were always kind to us, this rating would have reflected the bad taste she left on our holidays.

Really cosy and great facilities inside the room, including a mini fridge which was great! Everything was super clean and even though we were there for 2 nights they still cleaned and changed the towels. There was also always someone at reception 24/7 to let you in and out especially late at night. Loads of really yummy food spots around the area too!

They didn’t inform us there was construction happening so our view was disrupted by scaffolding but no work was being done on the days we went so a minor inconvenience. And also there wasn’t much closet space we had a rack and a few shelves - it was fine for 2 nights but maybe not for a longer stay.

Excellent breakfast, lots of variety and replenished immediately. Bed was comfortable but sofa bed, not as much. Bathroom was modern, clean and had everything we needed including a hairdryer. Room was modern and clean. Even had charging plugs for phones 🤷 Only downside, apart from space was no drawers for clothes and hanging rail was openair. Location itself was good, walking distance to city centre and only a few minutes walk to subway. Would recommend a stay here.

Room was very small. Nowhere for clothes to be stored out of sight or drawers. Sofabed was uncomfortable.

Recently renovated 3 star hotel. Rooms looked very nice, excellent bed. Basic comfort for a city trip in Paris but it has all you need. If you prefer large and fancy lobby, inhouse restaurant & bar, you will need to upgrade. Staff was friendly and helpful. Very good parking (also suitable for larger SUV) at 500m.

Bathroom was rather noisy. Did not bother us as we had 2 rooms and kids were using the room next door but otherwise it might be rather uncomfortable if you can follow the conversation in the badroom of your neighbours :-)

1- Room was too small for 2 persons (as double room) 2- I wasn't mention clearly if the food is HALAL (for Muslims) or not 3- I was clean room

1- I didn't like that I didn't find a parking place to my car although I'd sent a mail asking for booking a car parking place 2- I book online but when I pay cash I paid more than agreed online without clearing from receptionist why I paid more or she should clarify to me before I pay that if I pay cash I'll pay more !!!!!

My stay at the hotel was Fantastic. I had a pleasant time and would definitely want to stay at the hotel during my next visit with my family. The staff were extremely helpful in providing directions into the city and around town. The location of the hotel is close to the city center and I could easily access the Metro(subways) and shopping centers easily.

I had no complaints at all. Although I would suggest a bit more variety in the breakfast menu.

Nice small hotel, pretty close to the Metro Station (10 mins walking), perfect to visit the city. Lots of restaurants, bakeries and supermarkets nearby. It has been recently remodeled, so all features were pretty new and the room overall was very clean. It also pet friendly, which is always a plus!

Just a couple of things: the small fridge in the room was broken and the breakfast could be improved and offer a couple more savory options. Also, although they have some parking spots, keep in mind it's not attached to the Hotel, so you'll have to walk a couple of minutes.

Very affordable hotel at a great location! If you want to enjoy the authentic Paris while not staying in an overcrowded mass tourism area, then this hotel in the 15ème arrondissement is perfect. Although you don't see any other tourists as soon as you step out the door, you can easily reach all highlights. If you'd like to go for a walk you reach the Eiffel tower within 30 minutes. If you're not that much of a walker, you can take metro 8 to the main highlights.

The Hotel de la Prix is located in a convenient yet quiet section of Paris near Metro stops, cafes and small markets. My daughter, granddaughter and I found the room comfortable with sparkling clean fixtures, crisp sheets, comfy beds and nice quiet HVAC along with airy openable windows. The pleasant breakfast area served a variety of delcious choices and had a cool espresso machine for all the hot drink options. I also liked the security of having to use the key card to get past the lobby and into the stair or elevator area.

What's not to like?! I wish we could have stayed longer!

convenient location near the metro in an area full of cafeterias and shops. walking distance from Eiffel Tower. Confortable beds. all very clean.

Very small corridors and common spaces. the policy about parking place was not clear. we asked for a reservation, they did not reply. On arrival they told us the hotel parking has only 6 places and suggested a public parking nearby. no problem at all, but I would have preferred a clear statement in the hotel description.
