Oceania Paris Porte De Versailles

Breakfast was a little disappointing. The pastries kept running out and compared to other hotels I have stayed at it was not outstanding. (It was good though - just not exceptional!). It felt a bit crowded and the dishes were not replenished quicly enough so you had to wait of more pastries, or more scrambled egg, for example!

The stay was really good. There was nothing I would say I didn't like. If I was to make a suggestion I would have liked to have seen more variety in the restaurant. We wanted something really easy on one of our nights there - but the restaurant only offered pasta or pizza really - so we ende dup going out for dinner - we would have had dinner at the restaurant if there had been more variety. The shower in our bathroom was amazing but...it kept flooding the floor - our collegue at the same issue in another room, so it wasn't just us!

Fabulous location next to the Expo centre. Really helpful staff and comfortable and clean rooms. Good cocktail bar and restaurants and tram or trian nearby too

The pool facilities and the sauna was really good. Pool could be a little bigger. The hotel was clean, the room was a good size (the toilet door could be less see through). The beds were very comfortable and the staff were friendly. It also had a nice bar and ok food. The location is really good as there are many resteraunts around and a metro stop is nearby. You can access all the sites from here.

I didnt like that check in times were so late 15:00 is quite late compared to other hotels. The food was ok but not the best.

The reception stuff are very kind and nice people. They were very friendly, helpfull and they gave us allways a competent information. It was a pleasure delaing with them. The wellness area, the pool and the hammam with the little fitness area are very nice and it was very relaxing having opportunity to use it in the hotel. We really enjoyed it. The breakfast was perfekt, a big choice, nice restaurant area. We enjoyed the stay at the hotel Ozeania and we would like to come again.

The staff is very nice and attentive. The pool is great for a Paris hotel.

The rooms have no cupboards. There's no place to put your things. Not adapted for stays longer than 2-3 days.

Me and my partner Sammy had an amazing stay at Oceana. Hugo made us feel very welcomed and the rest of the staff were amazing. Delicious selection of breakfast and spa was exactly what we were looking for. Enjoyed dinner and cocktails at Le Patio restaurant, the ambiance was fantastic. Great hospitality and good location and close to Eiffel Tower. We were very pleased and recommend this Hotel to everyone. Thanks

The breakfast was so so, I’ve stayed at this hotel in the past, and the reason that I rebooked was the amazing breakfast buffet that used to have.

Terribly rude and aggressive host at the entrance. He was constantly coming up and checking on what you touch what you picked up and being very rude about it to the point where I had to say something to the other staff members who were actually nice. They should fire this guy!

The staff were lovely. We arrived a bit before check-in and our room wasn't ready. The staff at the front desk (particularly Charles) upgraded our room to a suite since it was ready, at jo extra cost. The room was good, shower was great and the bed was comfortable. We also had 2 TV's and a mine bar with water.

The pool was a bit cold and the jaccuzi likewise had cold ish water. When we were there, the hammam was in reparation. Also, we should've asked for more pillows since the two in the room were a bit uncomfortable. But overall, it was a great stay, would book again!

The staff at reception were extremely helpful. On our second night i asked them about steak restaurants in the area and they gave me a list of options and locations as well as personal preferences. Check in was also very smooth and easy with the man that was their at the time being very helpful and respectful.

Only issue my partner mentioned was that on the saturday the indoor heated pool wasn't very warm. Other than that there was no bad points.

The hotel is in good position close to station and restaurants,shops. Has a good size swimming pool, and sauna . Clean and a decent continental breakfast. Lovely garden space.

The reception staff not at a good standard , booked for parking but left out because they sold more then the spaces available, also the parking not suitable at level -2 for jeep cars . First day at one bathroom the flashing was not working, moved too far from our kids, the key card continuously not working. Small bedrooms for the price.
