Very well designed, lovely luxury feeling room with lots of space. Staff mostly nice and accomodating. The Aircon was much needed during this summer heat wave and able to be controlled independently in the room so that was lovely. Amenities well thought of (kettle, tea bags, takeaway coffee cups, bath robe, waters) and to a 5 star standard. Very close to metro and restaurants.

The area this hotel is located in is not nice. As a solo female traveller I felt I needed to be extra cautious when walking to and from and rightfully so as I was harassed/pickpocketed at the metro on my way out :( not the hotels fault but just a warning to be extra cautious in the area.

The hotel is located in a very convenient location with so many shops, restaurants and public transport within walking distance. The most the staff were very friendly and always eager to help. We also got a free room upgrade from the manager Huda.

There was a hot water problem in our first night of stay at the hotel. They lady that checked us in on our first day was had an attitude and didn’t make us feel welcome. The hotel needs to have more services like spa and food choices.

Had a separate toilet (room 612) which was not ventilated at all. Bathroom was not also which mean moisture into bedroom. Air conditioning hardly worked despite setting of low temperature because it barely cooled enough without it - perhaps needing maintenance

We recently enjoyed a fantastic stay at the hotel l’echiquier Opera. The room was beautifully furnished,exceptionally comfortable and with balcony. The bar is beautiful! The staff's attentive service made us feel truly valued. The hotel's prime location provided easy access to all attractions. We highly recommend the Hotel for its accommodations, outstanding service, and convenient location. I'm excited to return in - Merci

Friendly staff, very friendly staff!! They were more than happy and eager to help us with anything we asked for. The location was excellent, right in Paris where we could reach the City Center (La-Fayette) by walk (okay, I regret doing that 😄) and by public transport (Metro). Their restaurant ‘Le 38 Bar Lounge’ was/is splendid with great food and great drinks 🍹 I definitely recommend this hotel!

We had to open the room windows in order to cool down the rooms. It was pretty hot even though we tried lowering the temperature from the climate control unit.

What a great stay in Paris. The friendly staff, superb location and amazing breakfast makes for a must stay when you visit Paris. Compliments to the staff for making my birthday visit a memorable one! Also note that the rooms are very quiet which is great for light sleepers (such as myself).

The room size could be better and bar was closed on arrival due to a private event. Water pressure in the bathroom is minimum. All minor things that didn’t really affect my stay.

Cozy room! Also the hotel provided attention to detail when trying to make their guests feel welcomed like welcome macarons and special notes.

Wasn’t as clean as I’d expected it to be - there were small stains from wear and tear. Overall, still clean but expected more for the price paid.

Great location, close to Gare du Nord, restaurants, shops, theatres and walking distance to one of the Big Bus stops. Hotel itself is beautiful, room was great size for family of 3 and some lovely extra touches to make you feel very welcome.

Nothing… would recommend and definitely book again.

location was perfect for easily walking to most of our destinations and shopping trips. it was our honeymoon and they even had a special surprise for us when we entered!

first time we stayed in late January the shower drain wasn’t draining properly which led to flooding but the second visit was much better in a different room
