location is fantastic the design is really nice

most of the staff was really nice but some were not really welcoming and seemed bother when you asked them something…they also made a mistake that could have been quite bad by dropping the passports of 2 other guests in our room thinking it was ours….luckily for them we did check and returned them…however no apologies and the girl at the reception didn’t seem bother by such a mistake….

Every staff member we met or spoke to was lovely. From the front desk receptionists, to the people working at breakfast. The location was very handy, right by a Metro entrance, and plenty of restaurants to choose from nearby. The look and feel of the hotel was so beautiful, the room was lovely, the bathroom was so spacious, and they even left us a little surprise of balloons to celebrate our honeymoon. Another honourable mention was the coffee at breakfast is made by a barista and was so good (coming from Melbourne this is important!!) we would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Paris and would return again ourselves! Merci Beaucoup!

Every part of the experience was excellent! The staff was very friendly and accommodating, food was delicious, decor and functionality of room was thoughtful, room and hotel space was very clean. I would stay here again.

I have nothing to complain about, everything exceeded my expectations. The only small complaint would be the surrounding streets were busy with tourists but that's the nature of the location and we were able to overlook that because the hotel is set back into a quieter part off the busy street and we did not hang around in that area. Since the hotel was very central it was very easy to get around by metro (station just a few steps away) or walking to another arrondissement.

I'd been wanting to stay here for a very long time and it did not disappoint! Beautiful suite and spacious for Paris standards. Loved the access to Nespresso maker and the speaker which I could bluetooth to my phone. Prior to my arrival, my Eurostar was cancelled last minute, communicating with the hotel was really easy and they were very understanding and offered credit to use at a later date. Fortunately, I managed to book a different Eurostar and arrived much earlier than expected. I made use of the hotel restaurant, ate breakfast and enjoyed a coffee while getting some work done before my room was ready. The hotel breakfast buffet is good value too and the covered courtyard dining area is beautiful

Restaurant, food, location exceptional, staff very nice, very helpful and kind staff at the restaurant, roof top bar super cool but better in summer, I would say. Breakfast buffet is super good, and it is served in a very relaxing environment. Ambience is great. Re the location, the tube stop is literally by the door of the hotel. Tube is exceptional in Paris you can get everywhere. Hotel is up the river walking distance from all attractions and shops, restaurants. Great choice for location!!

The room was a superior but quite small for one, very small if you were to travel in a couple. I would recommend to check how much space your need before choosing the type of room. I was a bit surprised.

The location of this hotel was perfect. It’s was so easy to get everywhere in Paris from here and directly next to a Metro stop if needed. The cocktails were delicious (and a pre made one was waiting in our mini fridge), the staff were incredible helpful and friendly, and we loved the whole feel of the place! The room had air conditioning, jazz music/radio playing when we arrived and the shower was fantastic. So clean, so thoughtful. Would 100% stay again!!

I would love if the robes were made larger :D and also if there was a sauna or steam room on the property somewhere.

Beautifully decorated and trendy, clean and luxurious feel. The rooftop bar and courtyard with a glass ceiling was very charming and the drinks were very good.

The breakfast buffet was a little on the poor side, small selection and nothing was replaced if it ran out. The hotel staff was very attentive, but not quite trustworthy since they messed up our restaurant reservations twice and did not inform us of it. The hotel location is in a very busy street, and to be honest I think in terms of value for money you can get a similar experience in the groups other hotels but with a better location.

Loved this place! In addition to the comfortable rooms with deliciously thoughtful touches, I loved the cocktails at this hotel as well as the super friendly and helpful staff. I hope to return soon -- for the comfortable room, the cocktails and the lovely staff. I am a light sleeper, so next time I will request a room facing the courtyard instead of the street. But if you're used to the sounds of a city, the view is spectacular!

OUR FIRST ROOM WAS SO TINY WE COULD NOT EVEN PLACE OUR BAGS ANYWHERE TO UNPACK CLOTHING. IT WAS THE TINIEST ROOM WE EVER STAYED IN AND HAD NO CLOSET, SHELVES, DRESSERS, ETC ... I DO NOT UNDERSTAND HOW ANYONE COULD STAY THERE UNLESS THEY ARE BACK-PACKING. HOWEVER, WHEN WE ASKED FOR A LARGER ROOM FOR OUR FINAL 2 NIGHTS, THE DESK ATTENDANTS WERE WONDERFUL AND UPGRADED US TO A WONDERFUL ROOM WITH ENOUGH SPACE FOR US TO FUNCTION FOR 2 DAYS. IT WAS A VERY GOOD ROOM. THANK YOU.

Great location near the metro, lovely boutique rooms, friendly staff, good cocktails at the roof bar!
