the shower was very difficult to figure out, bathtub looked gorgeous but it was all uncomfortable. The air conditioning was difficult to figure out but I didn’t realise till late at night when I woke up heated up. the temperature just used to change itself

Sofitel has the world's most comfortable hotel beds, the reception is full of helpful people, and the location is perfect; you are only a few minutes away from Champs Elysee. The first suite we got had a narrower bed than stated on Booking.com, but with big smiles, we were changed to a new one. The receptionists also dealt with any other requests that we had.

The only negative experience we had was with the restaurant. We ate there the first evening, the food was not good, and it was also far too greasy. But, by all means, this experience is overshadowed by everything else that is positive about the hotel.

The location was excellent, the staff were friendly and very efficient.

The rooms were warm , even with the AC on at full blast they just couldn’t generate enough cool air at night.

I have asked for early check in & it was declined, I reach the hotel 1 pm, another 2 guests arrived after me they checked them before me:( I waited till 2 pm to be checked in. I stayed in Luxury room, however it is still small room comparing to the price of the room. The bed was comfy however the the pillows weren’t. It offers everything you need. Perfect location. Friendly and warm staff. Cozy clean and comfortable rooms. Superb food (breakfast, lunch and dinner). Excellent service. We had a wonderful experience.

The tour company that the hotel had recommended did not provide a proper service. No fault of the hotel though. The staff at the concierge did everything they could to help resolve the issue.

Fantastic staff!!!! The location is very central to the Eiffel Tower and Arc De Triomphe plus a short walk to the Champs Elysees. I booked a standard room. It is quite small but very clean and tidy with modern features and the bed and pillows are super comfy. Turn down service is nice too. Food is incredible here!!!

I guess if you want to be picky it would be room size and price could be better. I paid about AUD$600 for a standard room. Not the best value but the brand is good and reliable in what you get.

The service from the staff, especially the front-of-house staff (concierge, receptionists and doormen etc.) was exceptional and very, very helpful and attentive. Our family were there to do the Paris Marathon and the hotel team went above and beyond providing a special surprise care package to participants.They made our stay so special and memorable.

very friendly and helpful staff . good clean room, nice room service, breakfast was also great. location was right in the heart of Paris . very easy to get to champ elyess arc d triomph and other touristy sites . metro also very closeby . overall a great experience .

The staff are amazing they went over the top for my daughters bday and decorated the room with lots of balloons ! The concierge was so helpful and professional Bed are so comfortable and location is just perfect a bit away from the busy roads yet a min away
