Fantastic location and easy access. Amazing and very friendly staff. Room and bed was comfortable with good coffee / tea facilities and bathroom toiletries, nice rainfall shower. Unfortunately it rained while we were there but the hotel had umbrellas you could borrow which was brilliant.

Would have preferred option of having English breakfast tea in the room but appreciate that is personal choice. Room was a little cramped but great for the location. Only issue is you cannot control the temperature of the room as it is centrally controlled.

The hotel is very beautiful in general. The bathroom was a highlight, everything is in marble and there was a big bath and the shower was very good. The bed was super comfortable, staff was polite to us.

The heater pannel is locked so you are not able to change the room temperature, so the room was super warm during the entire night we stayed. Since we were travelling in a group of three, one of us slept on the sofa bed and it was not as comfortable. The room was pretty big so maybe they could consider adding an extra bed instead of a sofa.

I had a Tour Eiffel view from my bed ! The hotel have an incredible position, right near Champs Elysees and close to George V Metro station, but on a quiet street The room is incredible big for Paris and it have even a cosy terrace. My new favourite in Paris!

It was a little cold in the room

Very Central Area and walkable to many places of interest. Plenty of food choice nearby as well.

The double room is a little tight for 2 pax. The kettle and Nespresso coffee machine in the room were not washed and cleaned properly.

The hotel is ideally situated close to Metro on Champs Elyse and Place de L'etoile(Arc de Triomphe). Only a 30mn Walk from the Eiffel Tower and the Seine river and 20 minutes from the Louvre you can't be more centrally based. Facilities are good Bed is comfortable.

The "Online" check inn needs fine tuning as it is not fully functional from their website(you need the app). The Hotel reception staff is not 'really" allowed to be flexible (You have to book room cleaning for the next day before 18h. It is no longer possible if you get back from your day at 19h) Late check out(at 12h instead of 11h) is possible but comes at the cost of 20€(that is a first for me) The Hotel has no Privat parking so parking your car becomes(It's Paris) extremely expensive(50€ a day)

Great location. Close to the Metro. Quiet street and quiet rooms. Very comfy bed. Lovely breakfast. Staff efficient, pleasant and helpful.

I came from Dubai with my family, and we were positively surprised with this amazing hotel. The service that we got from the Hotel team was fantastic, especially from the receptionist I forgot her name she was blonde. She was humble and down to earth, we loved the way she interacted and helped us. God bless her. In addition to that, the hotel was clean, the service was fast and the location is incredible. Definitely I would recommend it + I’ll book with them again in my next trip to Paris.

It is a very well located hotel to enjoy the area of Champs Elysees near Arc de Triumph.

As they have on demand cleaning services, I expected to received the room spotless. it was clean, but not in every inch of the room. looks like a in between guests they don’t disinfect and clean with attention to detail. Another thing is that the heat was not able to be controlled from inside de room. It was always too hot inside. I asked for a cooler temperature which they did modify but felt the same. Something was off with their heating device.
