Royal Garden Champs-Élysées

The suite on the seventh floor was very comfortable and spacious – perfect for a family. It had two terraces and a window in the living room with a good view of the top of the Eiffel Tower. Housekeeping staff was amazing and very trustworthy – We accidentally left our safe box open a couple of times and came back with everything exactly the way we left it. Staff at the reception was incredibly friendly and eager to help with anything we may need or questions we may have. The location is perfect and a good walking distance from many of the places we went to – Almost everything was between a few minutes to maximum twenty-five minutes walking distance which was great as we did not need to use a car very often. There is a supermarket and pharmacy near the hotel which was very hopefully especially if you’re staying longer.

it only has one elevator so sometimes when it’s busy it takes time to get in or out.

The location was perfect. It was about 10 minutes away from the Arc de Triomphe and Champs Elysees. Plenty of good restaurants to choose from nearby. The rooms were spacious enough and the bed was comfy.

There's no fridge in the room. It was warm during our stay and we could have used some cold water to drink once we get back to the hotel at night. Also, there was a malfunction in our room a/c for 1 night, but they fixed it pretty quick the following day.

Location is just perfect very secure neighbourhood and quiet . ..ample choices of restaurants from the cheapest to the most expensive . Walking distance to the best landmarks in Paris . What I like most is the security of the place and the staff - they are all helpful and attentive to your needs.

I had a 1 bedroom apartment with little balcony… the layout and size is perfect but the room is dated that needs a bit of make over. Since it’s in a low floor my room and balcony is facing the wall of the building which is a bit dissapo8nting!

We loved this apartment! It was spacious and felt like a home away from home, with a living room, dining area, kitchenette, separate toilet and shower room (with heated towel rack), and a lovely little bedroom with blackout curtains. The area is quiet, so no need to worry about loud noises in the AM, just a nearby office building. Across the street there's a historic garden and museum. The staff was so very lovely and always helpful, they helped us lost Americans out so much. The breakfast in the mornings was lovely, better than anything we found walking in the area, with a little bit of everything for everyone. This was our honeymoon and when we go back to Paris, this will be our choice to stay. This hotel is in the 6th arrondisement, where nearly everyone speaks a little English, at least enough to help us order and get around, Ubers and Taxis are aplenty, and if you like to shop all the big brand names are a short walk away. Most of the big landmarks like Louvre, Montmartre sights, Le Marais were a short 10-15 car ride away, and the metro was about a 10 min walk from the hotel.

There's not much to dislike about this hotel. The only thing that gave me pause was the shower was very high to get in and out of because it also served as a (wonderful) tub. So just keep that in mind if you need a shower thats easy to get in and out of, I'm sure they have other apartments where that's easier.

The room felt a little old and It does not seem to have been properly renovated or maintained recently (rust in the shower, smell of urine in the toilet) but the cleanliness and service have certainly atoned for it.

what is great : location / beds are super comfortable and clean / breakfast is good / staff was helpful / good parfume in the hotel

what could be improved : anti slippery in the shower. Plus, we booked an apartment for 4 persons for 4 days with very nice pictures in booking showing very nice living room, great view and a very nice terrasse, which was absolutely not what we get. management reacted very well to my request without debate moving us to 2 communicating rooms after the first night. photos should be modified soon. Staff has shown very good customer support

Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean and well serviced. Good breakfast available. Easy walk to the Champs-Élysées. Some good restaurants nearby. Convenient to supermarkets.

The bar wasn’t operating but the reception staff would oblige if you asked. It didn’t really matter as there were other options nearby. Has a little wear and tear in the common areas and rooms but it was still very pleasant.

The reception and breakfast staff were very nice. Knowing that I was celebrating my 50th birthday during my visit they provided complimentary wine, fruit, macaroons and a beautiful hand written note, it was a lovely unexpected surprise. My apartment was clean and the beds were comfortable. The location of Royal Garden hotel is perfect. It's just a short walk from the Arc de Triomphe and The Champs de Elysees.

Although the main reception and dining area is beautifully light and modern the rest of the hotel decor is in major need of a makeover. Dark wooden panels on the upstairs corridors made it feel very dark and uninviting. Having made plans for our trip and knowing that we had a late flight I contacted the hotel WEEKS in advance to arrange to pay a small charge for a late check out time. We agreed the charge would be €60. Unfortunately the night before we were due to leave we were told we COULDN'T have a late check out but they could hold our luggage in storage instead. This meant that we had to abruptly change our plans for our last day which was a major inconvenience. We were so annoyed because up until this happened we were having a lovely stay and this ruined it.

Easy to find , close to the metro link and a short walk down to the river. Arrived and quickly checked in and was upgraded into an apartment. Room was cleaned and bed made each morning.

Only one small thing, the bin hadn’t been emptied from the last guest in the room, but went out came back and had been cleaned by room cleaner.

The hotel staff was incredibly nice! I mentioned in my booking that it was mine and my boyfriend’s anniversary and the hotel surprised us with a bottle of wine and a sweet handwritten message! This trip will live in our memories forever. The location of the hotel is great with L’Arc de Triomphe very close by with all its shops. The metro is also nearby the hotel. The room was very clean and cosy and amenities were superb. If you’re travelling with a significant other, this would be great for you!
