Hôtel Plaza Étoile

The location is fantastic it is close to the the Arc de Troimphe. The area is safe and was walking around at night with my kids. There also lots of restaurants to choose from which are open at night. My kids wanted to go to McDonalds which was around the corner. The staff at the hotel are really helpful and friendly. Thanks to Naomi for making our stay comfortable. The bed is the hotel is so comfortable. I didn’t like the pillows but that’s just fussy me.

The staff were very friendly, helpful and they spoke English for us which really helped. The room was very cosy, clean and had a small coffee machine for drinks in the morning. I requested a room with a bath before my visit and I did get one in my room which was great. The location was amazing, two minutes away from the arc de triumph and all the amazing designer shops. I would stay again.

Not much to dislike. The rooms were small but it explains this on the booking with measurements of each room.

Nice location near Arc. Easy to get on metro and travel around to all the sights. Staff all very nice and friendly. Right on a busy street but so quiet inside our room. We were in a 4 person room as a family so it was really tight but we managed. Loved the personal care products. Loved the design and decor of the room though small for 4 people. We did not get the hotel’s breakfast so we enjoyed going to a new place each morning for breakfast. The 16 euro the hotel charges for breakfast seems like the going rate so might be worth checking out.

Cost was high but Paris is expensive. I wouldn’t say the area around the Arc is my favorite, but it was easy enough to catch the metro to the things and areas we wanted to explore. Keep your metro ticket on you until you exit station. Metro police do spot checks in tourist areas and it’s a 35 euro fine per person if you lost your ticket.

The hotel is in an ideal location for tourism. The metro is a couple of minutes walk. Our room was very clean, bright, quiet and with a beautiful view (the view from the window apparently depends on the choice of the room). Delicious breakfasts (someone wrote that it was expensive, for some it was the usual price, in my opinion breakfast corresponds to the price/quality). We liked it. In the morning, walking around Paris, hot coffee, delicious snacks, good juice... mmm... what else do you need?!) The hotel staff are very friendly and customer oriented people. I asked to do something for my wife (it was a surprise for her), they did everything at the highest level. Thank you!

Location Location Location! The hotel was centrally located and very close to a Metro stop - very easy to get to the various Parisian neighborhoods. The staff were very sweet, friendly and extremely helpful. The buffet breakfast was delicious. The hotel was clean and rooms were well stocked (comfy even though size was a bit tight). I would highly recommend!

Great hotel with amazing staff. The location of this hotel stands above all. We almost walked everywhere. There are plenty of places to eat nearby and lots of shopping option. In all everything about this hotel was great. The hotel even has some board games and books to read. We will be back when in Paris!

The breakfast room is quite small, would have been good if they could manage to get in some more tables.

I loved the stay in this hotel! Fantastic location (walking distance from Champs Elysees and the Metro). Staff were really friendly and helpful in all shifts and they helped us make the most of our visit. The room is big (on Paris standards) and well equipped. I will definitely keep it on my list to recommend to friends.

Incredible location popping out of the metro train tunnel right in front of the beautiful Arc de Triomphe. Our accommodation was 100m walk along the road with a beautiful view also of the Arc. We felt so very lucky

We could hear either the lift or the underground train though this wasn’t a problem - it was kind of funny and felt part of the hustle

The staff were so welcoming and friendly. They were all very helpful. We had a late flight amd they allowed us to keep our luggage there even after check out. The location was unbeatable, basically on the doorstep of the Arch de Triomphe. It was in walkable distant of the majority of the city's top attractions. The room was very clean, we were given plenty of fresh towels everyday. The bed was very comfortable.

The only negative we could give our experience was the area between the room door, bed and toilet was quite tight, but there was plenty of space in the rest of the room. Also, the breakfast was quite expensive for what you get. Both these issues are common for major cities though.

Exceptional service! Staff were extremely friendly from check-in to check-out. They arranged taxi for us back to airport and are happy to advise you on other means of transportation. Hotel was clean, classy and very modern. The hotel itself and our room were a bit small but not an issue for tourists like ourselves spending most our time out in the city/Disneyland. Our Classic Twin room was perfect for the two of us at an amazing price for the quality of our stay to the location. They provide a safe/toiletries/hair dryer/hangers/kettle and the most amazing smelling soap!The hotel is located beside the Arc de Triomphe and Metro. Plenty of shops (majority high-end) and restaurants in locality or the hotel. This is 100% the place to stay when visiting the city of Paris.
