Location is not so good, but the staff were very helpful. We booked with them again for another night on our way back to the airport. The manager even went out of her way to help us find a ride from the port to the hotel and from the hotel to the airport! We are truly grateful for her help.

The property has no Signage in front for the guests to know it is the right place. The location is in a not so good neighborhood but we did not encounter any problems. We can still recommend the property to male travelers.

Had an excellent stay here! Rooms are pretty good, clean and tidy with private bathroom and a balcony, the bed was comfy and you have a socket next to it to charge your phone etc. friendly staff and the online reception is very helpful. everything was spotless which sadly seems to becoming less and less common. Really good property in this price range.

It was actually very clean, and a very close walk to the Metro as well as some of the buses via the touring companies. Good communication and instructions

There is a device behind the toilet that makes a horrendous noise when it requires water! The sink is very close to the wall and there is a glass shelf that stops you from being able to even spit into the sink properly!

Simple, but good breakfast. Really easy access to public transportation. Lots of cafes around. The room was comfortable.

Some places close are ugly, but you can divert from them.

Special thanks to Mrs. Tatiana (room service), who was polite, decent, and a truly humane person who deserves respect and appreciation. She helped us a lot, especially when she learned that we had been booked for nine days.

The first two days they gave me a very small room that did not have a wardrobe. The TV did not work. It was not what it was on the site when I booked It's actually a room for one person, and most of it is for one person to sleep It bothered me so much and I was so upset But after contacting them, I thank God that they have understood my position, which I was right

Availability of mini kettle and iron to guests would be of much value. The shower also requires curtains.

Central location, clean, warm room. For us everything was fine and we felt wonderful.

For the price we paid this is a pretty good place to stay in Athens. They sent us via email the detailed instructions on how to get to the hotel, how to do self-check, how to contact staff online, and how to use hotel Wi-Fi. Bed linens were clean, the room is not big, but it is OK if you only sleep in there. Free simple breakfast (four slices of bread, one slice of cheese, a boiled egg, some jam and butter in small containers) was delivered to the room at 9 AM. Coffee and tea, milk were available in the hall.

We had a little problem with the access code when we went up to the floor where the hotel is located, but we managed to connect to the hotel Wi-Fi, called the contact person via WhatsApp, and the problem was resolved.

The location is excellent, plenty of restaurants and coffeeshops nearby. The Metro station in the corner, taking you anyway in Athens. The room is clean, properly equipped with large bed and good wifi. Basically what you need in inside. The auto checkin is quite convenient too.

It could have been great if coffee maker or kettle be provided. The housekeeping team, despite helpful, used were shouting loudly most of the time when they r doing their business...

it is a basic room, you get what you pay for - so don’t expect much, Breakfast was okay (eggs, jam and cheese with toast) - elevator available they have whatsapp customer service 24/7 which are very helpful and tried to solve our problems as soon as possible

no reception, usually we couldn’t find hot water for drinks in the morning, the room was very basic, the mattress is not comfortable
