I really liked our room. The cleanliness was on point, the AC worked well and we had a comfy bed. The bathroom was small but decent, no nasty smell at all. Weird but useful lift. The reception is open 24/7, so there's always someone who can help you.

The area wasn't friendly at all. Of course, not the hotel's fault. As far as I've seen, the whole neighborhood was (and is still) full of junkies, so I don't recommend staying out late.

The staff was really nice and accommodative, helping you relax by answering your questions and helping you locate the subway and generally the directions to go, so not to get lost. It's just a quick 4 stops to the Acropolis subway station. Georgia and Kostadina were amazing with me and my wife, as well as the blonde lady from the breakfast, whom we didn't get her name, but she was great as well! And there was one young lady working there that had an amazing English accent and she helped us in the breakfast as well! Fantástykos! Would stay again if/when visiting Athens.

With the hotel nothing was wrong. The area where it is located is close enough from the historical area. There are some rough areas close by, but, it is not their fault, and, if you have lived and traveled in big big Metropolitan cities then you will be fine.

The location is close to the metro and hop on hop off bustop. So we could see the city is short time we were there. Getting to the hotel and finding the hotel was easy. we had to switch a metro line from blue to red to get to this hotel. They were staff all the time to help us out. Also they were willing to hold our luggage after checkout until we came back from the city tour and headed for the airport.

The bathroom was real tight. not much room to move around. And inside the room there was a kettle with out much supplies. The hotel flooring is kind of hard with steps that are not easily visible due to same color, stumbled more than once.

The property was in a good location, just a minutes walk from the tube with great connections to the surrounding areas. The receptionists were friendly and helpful and the hotel was comfortable and clean.

As many others have said, the area surrounding the hotel is very unpleasant with lots of homelessness, however this can be avoided by using the metro. The hotel also stated that all rooms had an electric kettle but we had to ask for one, although this was provided to us shortly after.

the hotel is so nice clean and the staff are all lovely the rooms are spacious modern and clean.

the location is AWFUL to say the least, I have never been so scared in my whole life there were homeless people with needles on the pavement, myself and my friend got harassed by men when walking up to the hotel, homeless people everywhere myself and my friend are both young women and we were petrified to say the least we made sure to get the metro anywhere just to ensure that we felt safe enough to walk the shortest amount without having anyone come up to us. girls especially if you are thinking about booking here please double think. there is aboustley nothing wrong with the hotel itself it’s just the location

Very conformable, central and has everything that I need for a hassle free getaway. The neighbourhood is undergoing some restorstion and can be quite busy but was not an issue. Good accessibility and staff very helpful. The cafe downstairs does everything from great coffee and breakfasts to cocktails. Overall pleasant and very affordable if you don't want a hostel this is a good option!

The view was another hotel but I was out mostly so this was not expected.

Very nice, beautiful and helpfull stuff, expecially 3 girls, they gave us advises and help us with everything we needed. Very clean,

The facet in the shower has to be fixed and the shower door also, but we didnt mind a lot, sometimes it is a bit loud and I have to notice that the area isnt so safe at night because of the homeless people, but the hotel is very safe, so I recommend to use taxi at night. Breakfast was the same for 5 days but good for the money and served well by kind stuff

Great tasty breakfasts! Smiling and kind staff who are always ready to help! Clean rooms! The air conditioner works! Central location and all attractions are within walking distance! Metro and bus station are also nearby! Room cleaning is carried out if you leave the key at the reception. Nearby there is also a good laundry and shops. People who use drugs nearby did not bother us, since you can easily walk to the center along the main streets of the city, so getting around the dubious streets is not difficult. Very clean, value for money and centrally located hotel! The Metaxourgio metro station is only 2 steps away, but the hotel is so close to the centre of town that you can easily get around on foot (main sights are about 15 mins away on foot). The staff are lovely and attentive and there is a lovely brunch restaurant on the ground floor where you can order coffee, breakfast, brunch, dessert or drinks. Will stay here again for sure and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable stay in the centre of Athens.

The staff, the hotel, the cleanliness, everything about the hotel was just great. Not too far from the centre, so I have had a great stay! Only positive stuff on the hotel and their services.

Unrelated to the hotel itself, but the location (the district of Omonoia), which even though is not far from the centre and possible to go by foot, it is very scary to walk in this type of district.
