Fairfield by Marriott Ahmedabad

Had an excellent stay at Marriott. The room which was provided to me had a good river view and one can also walk to the river nearby if they wish to.The breakfast+lunch/dinner option was very affordable if opted while booking. They serve a very grand breakfast here with a variety of options for such a low price. And everything was tasty and healthy (less oil). Loved all their soups varieties served at dinner. My favourite was the chicken shorba soup. Loved the mohan thaal and moong daal halwas. They have a market at the lobby if we gotta grab some snacks.....I sneaked into the cafe and had one additional small meal as well 😉....

Loved everything about the place.

The staff were lovely especially in the restaurant where they recognised and welcomed us back from a previous stay. The room was clean and comfortable with ample storage space. The food was good.

Lack of toiletries in the room compared to our previous stay there. It was very noisy from external guests. Not being able to check in on arrival because the room was not ready. A seating area other than in the lobby would be welcome.

The staff, the food, the overall hospitality. Everything was great about this hotel. Especially the staff is very friendly, helpful and hospitable. We're all humans so also bound to make errors but what differentiates some from the rest is how they rectify the errors; that's what differentiates the staff here! They lived up to the hospitality that Marriott brand is known for.

They can do some changes to their breakfast menu. Though it was a buffet and also had a great variety but they can have something like an alternate day menu just so there is some change and not the same options everyday

The location is in a peaceful area far from the busy city centre. There are quite a few cafés and small shops nearby for quick needs. The checkin was quick and smooth. There is parking available on site.

We had twin room booked but there was only one set of towels. Had to call and ask and it was provided but would have expected two sets

Really clean and comfortable place to stay. It was a great location being close to shops and tourist attractions. The staff were helpful and professional. The food was reasonably good and there was a great choice especially with the breakfast buffet.

Breakfast was good and location was very feasible and beautiful..

Cleanliness, Staff behavior and the best part employed a disabled person who are generally in need which is helping a society, speechless to say, just thanks from the bottom of the heart.

Your service was very nice specially food was excellent as per our choice. Behaviours of your all staff was good specially in dining Mina and in reception counter Mr. Rohit was very helpful and cooperative.

I like the Reception guy Gaurav as all the way he came with me and make me comfortable in a room..

Washroom cabinets i didn't like specially tbe washroom flooring as it's very slippery it should have Antiskid as i was about to have accident twice during my stay..

Location was helpful. We visited Adalaj, Modhera and Patan. The private taxi service from hotel was excellent. Hotel had good breakfast buffet

The check out at noon could be at 3:00 like the check in. Hotel charges extra for early as well as late checkin/ checkout. Extra Charges were quite high

Politeness attentiveness and courthouses of the staff was much above par...it was very nice of them..food quality and spread offered in buffet menu was very good and very much satisfying to taste buds

Initially offered room had some stains on the carpet flooring in room and the set top box was not working...but flip side is on asking to change room they immediately provided a free upgrade and fronydesk manqger himself came to escort...that was very courteous of them
