Pride Plaza Hotel, Ahmedabad

Breakfast was a good spread with continental & Indian cuisine with emphasis on the local delicacies. In case you wanted something, it would be produced!! For example, though there were no sausages on the display, when I asked for the same it was brought without any fuss. It looked a little under staffed or a bit of lack of training. There was one lady who was presumably over-all in-charge and she did a great job; sorry, can't recollect her name. I must mention a lady by name of Ruby, at the reception who seemed to be more that efficient in handling the guests.

The staff needs to be a little more attentive once the guests are seated as to what they need. It may be just a glass, an item of cutlery or a missing serviette. Secondly, the space in front of the hotel is a bit congested with all the parked cars and at times it is difficult to comfortably alight the passengers at the main entrance. The open cupboards are an eyesore for someone entering your room during one's stay.

Good food, staff courteous. Located in good area. It is situated in commercial area where there r shops of different types trades where u can buy practically anything. The hotel itself is set inside its own compound well back from main road so is in quiet situation. The hustle n bustle on main road has no effect on the peaceful situation it enjoys. Yes, l.would defo recommend staying there.

All staff were very helpful. They provided best recommendation on places to visit and helped us to plan our itinerary. The stay would be incomplete without having the best meal.

I like the hospitality of the staff specially the front desk KAJAL she’s so helpful in assisting us even for booking an Uber.

The wifi is on and off and slow plus the smell of the hotel because there’s a renovation going on otherwise is fine

Everything is good and we dont face any issue from the hotel regarding anything happened inside the room

The only things i dont like is that we used to go here for celebrating birthdays n girls night n all but when we exceed the person limit for the room to stay they charge extra 1000-1500 per head to those who are not staying night

The stay was very awesome. All th staff were very supportive during the stay. Even the front desk was very helpful especially Ms. Kajal. Will stay again when we visit Ahmedabad.

Reception staff ruby and Kajal very excellent, they upgraded the room for us and made sure that everything was taken care .

Renovation work is currently going on. Too much sound. They have to mention online that half of the building is under renovation. Otherwise everything is nice....

Location

The breakfast opens at 7:00 in the morning but was not everything was not laid even till 7:45. The staff was rude. The temp control of the Ac in the room was not working. Reception was understaffed and had to wait for check in.
