Best Western Merrion

We stayed in this hotel for new year and it was just wow. The room was cleaned twice per day which was fantastic. A special thanks to all staff who were very nice and helpful mainly Sanjay, Pankaj, Ramandeep, Amandeep without forgetting the housekeeper for his smile and kindness.

Gentle request: rooms should be soundproof and elevator is quite slow.

Cleanliness, quality of the rooms, detailing to massage head shower and also premium carpeting, value for money that is rare. The staff from reception to breakfast and to the staff at the rooftop bar were so hospitable and ready to service with a smile. Special shoutout to Ms Prabjot for her amazing customer service.

In a clean area, by the main road but quiet. Well lit. Reception staff very polite, clean big rooms. Spotless bed sheets, clean bath with fresh towels. Hot water and toilet kit were appreciated. The restaurant serves great food. Overall a wonderful experience.

Hotel’s Chef has excellent skills . All preparations I ordered were on the dot . Very rarely you come across these days

Reception was not very friendly. All though it was nice to see Senier manager personally asking guests about their feedback.

Room service required just to get cricket on TV . Two personnel attended one by one.Tips? Not necessassary . Just have issue sorted on first place pls. Pool v small & squeezed in around rooftop bar area.

Very nice. Staff if anything overattentive (but that is the Indian way). Bit noisy as birthday event on site and wedding in hotel opposite (not their fault!). Overall safe, good quality hotel with very good staff.

Breakfast was below average as far as the spread is concerned for a hotel of four star category, though the quality of food was good. It could have been better had there been more choices with wide spread of dishes. Very limited non veg choices.

(1) Breakfast spread could have more choices of non veg and veg food. (2) Size of the room could have been slightly bigger. (3) Request for something not on the buffet table was point blankly refused.

This was my second visit to this hotel in 8 months. And every time i'll land up in Amritsar, i am gonna keep coming back to Best Western Merrion. The facilities this hotel offers are the best bang for your buck. Spacious n clean rooms, nice ambience, good food, prime location, i mean what else do you need!

Only the Wifi connection was quite weak and not upto the mark.

Nice rooms, great breakfast spread, courteous staff, proximity to main markets/ malls/ eating joints, just a 15minute drive from the airport

Had a great time! Good stay, the staff treated us very well. The rooms are well equipped with all the ameneties one might need.
