Radisson Blu Hotel Amritsar

Excellent the hotel staff were ready to serve with a welcoming smile. The complementry schedule bus to the golden temple was excellent and comfortable.

The hotel needs to cater for western customers because it is the same breakfast every morning. Request to introduce varity in breakfast. I had to change the room twice because the bedsheets were off colour and not brilliant white as they shoud be but the hotel staff were very understanding and changed my room to my liking. Yes, I will come back and let my friends and family know about your excellent hospitality.

Food: The variety in the menu, taste and staff's individual attention were great. Room: Great View for both the rooms and on the top floor as requested. Staff: As helpful as can be.

A problem with the bathroom and showers. My mother is old and she finds it difficult to shower, so she needed a bucket and that was provided. But for elderly, they should provide some comfortable seating arrangement. They did provide a chair, but it wasn't the most comfortable bath for her for 2 days stay, especially when you look forward to a warm shower after a tiring day. Maybe they should keep some small sitting pieces and provide them when and if asked for. Secondly, again from elderly people's perspective, the bathroom have marble flooring, which can be slippery for their generation. So, something needs to be done. That made my mother very anxious while bathing.

Ordered breakfast to room. Toast missing . Jam pot had been used before. Not impressed . On checkout was asked about mini bar. Had 1 beer from mini bar. Was then told pingles also missing. Did not have any food from snack bar in room. Had dinner in restaurant. Staff seemed to struggle when asking to remove certain things. Ie no mayo in burger. Also food took so long and restaurant wasn't busy. Disjointed service. Asked for certain starters to be bought out with mains, but still was given first. 7 dinners and none of us got food at same time despite asking for this.

Understanding the simple straight forward requests made.service was so slow.. had to ask for drinks on various occasions as was taking time.

Brightly lit up, enriched and elegant rooms. Majestic lobby, state of the arm elevators and wonderfully crafted restaurants along with responsive service made our stay memorable. Ms. Chandni is doing a great job at the reception.

At times it took really long for the tea supplies to reach us. Shower area didn't have a door, so water splashes would wet the bathroom floor which would eventually be slippery. Bins didn't have a plastic bag. Water would not be replenished every day. Room key got disabled once but got promptly restored.

The best part of this property was it's Staff... No doubt ,, very humble, courteous, well mannered and supportive. I always consider it as the biggest asset of hospitality industry. They all were good but would specially like to mention the Name Ms. Chandani Devi (Sr. Duty Manager) who was really great and supportive. Her managerial skills, sincerity and support was really amzing and made me feel that I am really at very safe and nice place. She was amazing in her job. Very nicely explained all the information related to property and the city, whatever and whenever I asked.

This hotel made for an excellent stay ..I loved it.....The room was huge and spacious.....and very clean...The staff were exceptional and very very friendly and helpful...they were very professional...they were a credit to the hotel .....The food was brilliant....there was a great range to choose from and it was delicious....and the deserts were also great ......The only minor point I have is that the swimming pool loungers need to be cleaned more.....apart from that a great stay....and thoroughly enjoyable.... Breakfast - Fantastic / Dinner Buffet - Fantastic Restaurant Manager - Ashok and team took special care of us . ensuring we are served hot food at all times. Courteous, attentive and very professional. Vey spacious rooms. Check In experience was smooth. Located right outside the airport. Free shuttle service to Golden Temple.

Room shower was not working properly.

The staff made you feel like family.

I would like a shuttle bus to pick you up from the Golden in the evening as I feel it’s not safe in the evening to return back from the Golden Temple on a tuck tuck especially a female. I came before in 2019 and you were proving a evening shuttle bus from the Golden temple back to the hotel. Also the shuttle bus should drop guest off at the main Gate of the Golden Temple to make it safe for your guest.

Cleanliness of room,

Smoking is not strictly enforced, even though smoking is prohibited people were smoking in rooms with a door open, I could smell the whole floor, I have allergies to smoke, it's a health issue. and against law staff should impose a fine on people breaking rules or have signs posted in rooms that attract a stiff penalty for smoking. I didn't expect this from a star rating hotel like Radisson.

I was greeted with warm smiles and impeccable service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction throughout my stay. The rooms were tastefully decorated, spacious, and impeccably clean. The amenities provided were top-notch, including a luxurious spa and a well-equipped fitness center. The food at the hotel's restaurant was simply divine, with a wide variety of delicious options. I highly recommend this hotel for an unforgettable experience.
