The hotel was newly built. The rooms were exceptionally neat and clean. Bedding linen all were clean. The front desk was very helpful.Room service was very quick..Food was also good. Had a very nice time.Would recommend to everyone looking for comfortable stay in medium budget. Totally worth every penny spent.

No complaints. Every thing was up to the mark.

The stay was good. The rooms are very tidy. The staff are very cooperative and helpful. Serves breakfast hot and we would enjoy it especially in winter.

The dining area is small and may not accommodate all guests simultaneously especially for the buffet breakfast when everyone is coming together. Small wait times for seats and also food may slightly affect the otherwise good stay. Host need to pay more attention in replenishing complementary water and tea than being reminded by guests.

Location is not far from main train station so bit noisy as the rooms lack sound proofing, breakfast time is 8am onwards this must be changed from 7am as most travellers may need to leave early, overall good hotel plz change breakfast times though they provide sandwich & tea for early leavers.

The staff was quite courteous and friendly. The location of the hotel is prime.

They can do better on the food. Margarine is used instead of butter on parathas. The quality of food can be improved

We had wonderful stay at fab prime property We arrived late, however, our check-in process was smooth. The breakfast was nice.shiv Prasad (at the reception) was very cooperative and address our issues and queries. The location of the hotel was a plus point - it is near to railway station, bus stand, golden temple, market and other sightseeing locations

1. Not much of natural light.

The property is very exclusive. Ambiance is great. Rooms are spacious,neat and clean. Staff is very humble. and helpful. Food is very delicious . Quantity of food is great . Veg nd N.veg both available and cooked fresh each time. . If some one visiting to amritsar this is the perfect place i would say.

The rooms were quite nice. There was cleanliness and the bathrooms were also very nice and clean.

The TV was not working and they took a lot of time to bring anything into the room, this is not good at all।

The service response and the warmth of the owner

The contact service of fab hotels. They need to improve their call center. You are kept on hold fir 20 minutes or more and problem resolution is poor. There is no way to contact the hotel as the only vontactbis fab hotels

Nice property located in the centre of city easy to way railway station, golden temple,bagha border.staff and hotel owner was supportive rooms are good and hygiene.food was delicious,well maintained property.
