Food quality at restaurant was great! Kids loved the pool too! Appreciate the free beach shuttle. All around good value for the money during September, though the monsoon rains are still a challenge.

Some days if you show up at the restaurant for breakfast around 9:30 to 10:30 there are zero seats available. Many people were eating while standing on the balcony and balancing their plates on the balcony railing. Absolutely no where for my children to sit and eat during this time. Also, our two bedroom suite had very little cutlery, plates, bowls, cups, etc. available in the kitchen. No hand towels given for wash rooms or in-suite kitchen either. If the bathrooms had any kind of shelving available to place toiletries that would be helpful too. Make sure not to leave a single food crumb anywhere in the room as ants will quickly find it. Some ant poison or spraying of balconies would be a good idea.

Property is well maintained, our 2 bedroom Apartment free upgraded to villa, which was amazing to stay with family. Staff, cleanness, breakfast, food everything was upto the mark. The nearest beach is just 600 meters , you can walk or take beach taxi which resort provide in every 1 hour. It hardly takes 3-4 mins to reach Trinity beach. Also property has their own cab service with really good drivers, we used it to go to palolem beach and had wonderful experience. Property is located in clam place with almost not traffic in south Goa. Highly recommended to families, group.

Only issue was with wifi, which is only available in outside common areas , it should be available in rooms, apartment and villas.

Property needs little better maintenance. Staffs need some training 1. I asked for extra mineral water bottle and that process required to call me to reception even while I was ready to pay. (This is apart from the common sense, why are you providing default one bottle water while booking is for 3 persons) 2. Staff who handed over the room had no clue how A/C works. It was simple one switch, but only another staff was aware about it. 3. Too much emphasis on securing the property ( towel etc.). Assuming by default all guest are visiting to take away your towel gives wrong impression to your genuine guests. Thanks!

No lights in the balcony after they switch off the building lights. Very very limited and repetitive breakfast, we had chicken nuggets 2 times in our 4 days stay Restaurant staff behaviour was not up to mark specially when we requested baby food for my toddler, they denied our request Restaurant menu is designed in such a way that is more suitable to foreigners

The behaviour of the staff was very cordial and responsive. The resort is close to Trinity beach, a 20-min walk. We had no reason to complain about anything other than the fact that we were given a room next to store room. There was intermittent noise from the other side of the wall. But if the rooms are all occupied, somebody had to occupy that room.The rooms are otherwise good and well maintained for the price you pay. Tea and coffee sachets were unstingily stocked. The highlight is the room service. Very prompt. The breakfast buffet spread may not be as elaborate as people might expect but it is tasty and caters to even vegetarians. We liked the food so much that we even had it parcelled for our train journey.

The pool time is restricted to 7pm in the evening. We found it very strange, as if, it was a pool run by a school. Back from the beach, people want to continue frolicking in water and you find it the pool closed. It must at least be open until 10 pm. Also, the levels of chlorine were excess. On one occasion room service chose to ignore my request for an opener. They should already be provided in the rooms unless La Grace wants to discourage people from carrying their own drinks. The position of the soap dispenser in the bathroom is a little inconvenient.

Room was very good. Bed excellent. Bathroom nice.

Restaurant was bad service. Food didn't arrive.i sit and wait for my dinner.and I ask .they say after I order kitchen is closed? Also what I order next day was different from menu. Salat terrible. I got no dressing as in menu.My biff was burn like charcoal . Fridge got broke. They replace next day ...late. I order ice ....3 times I had to call before they bring.

Nice spacious rooms, clean and well kept. The staff was friendly and they even let me use the swimming pool in the very early morning, as I like most. Good breakfast. We really enjoyed it!

There was no wall to stop the shower water, so it was all over the bathroom.

it had something for everyone . standard rooms for couples , apartment 2BHK for families and even villas from 3bhk onwards . brekkie was decent and the staff very friendly. it’s a 2 minute drive from benaulim beach and all the best restaurants and cafés in south goa are just a 15-20 minute drive away . peaceful and quiet , clean and spacious rooms , the bar is open at all times ! the price of beer is cheaper than some restaurants !

mosquitoes ! this will naturally happen when there’s. lot of trees and greenery around and the best thing to do it close all windows and doors after 6pm. this is a minor issue though

The room was very spacious for the price, the hotel was really clean and the children's play area was well stocked. The breakfast had great variety and was very tasty too. We had a great stay here, the staff were very polite and I'd highly recommend it for families.
