Itsy By Treebo - Deluxe Inn

The hotel is located on the central street, in the center of Pondy Bazaar, where there were many shops and restaurants. The hotel, rooms were very clean, comfortable bed and bedding.

I definitely want to say that after booking the hotel with Booking.com, when we got there, we found out that somehow the room we booked was canceled. Then the guy who worked said that he would give us a room, of course not at the price that Booking.com paid. Who did we book? I realized that it was the hotel itself that canceled the room we booked, so that it would not be allocated to us at the price indicated by Booking.com, but to be given to us at a more expensive price, as it did.We paid the amount they wanted, but they didn't refund us the change, saying they don't have change. We stayed in that hotel for 2 nights, but they never refunded the change we gave. This is a shame and very bad for the name of the hotel.

Best thing is the location. 100% clean and tidy. Nice infrastructure. Friendly staffs and overall stay was pleasant. Would definitely book again if I visit Chennai. Recommended!

Hotel was pretty good but overpriced. Because rooms are smaller for the price. Complimentary breakfast is only average.

The room was small but clean. I was pleased with the cleanliness of the bathroom. The staff was very friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to address our needs and concerns. The location was extremely convenient as it was a 2 minute walk from my office and directly next door to shopping and restaurants. All in all, I enjoyed my stay there and would stay there again.

One thing I didn't like was that you had to walk up to the first floor to take the lift. This is a hassle when you have a lot of luggage. I was told this was to prevent non-guests from entering, however I feel like a camera system or access card system could be set up to prevent non-guests from entering and allowing residents to acess the lift from the ground floor itself.

I felt so convient to stay at deluxe inn. Its located in centre of T Nagar which make my travelling more easier in surrounding areas. All the staff at Treebo very helpful and assist me in so many things. Just love my stay over there.. I will choose deluxe inn for my next visit too..❤️

The hotel location is great. Teynampet metro station is a 10 minute walk away. Pondy Bazar is just next to the hotel. Marina beach is easily accessible by auto/taxi. The hotel interiors are clean. The room itself was quite nice, even though the bathroom is a little on the smaller side. The bathroom fittings were nice, with hot/cold water for bathing easily available with the twist of a knob. The free breakfast provided was fresh and tasty (pics attached). The staff is also very courteous.

The rooms don't have windows, so it can get a little stuffy inside.

Hotel is value for ur money , location is perfect, u get all the necessity items in the location. Restaurant, liquor shop.

Mosquito is a issue in the hotel, breakfast is a issue since there is no restaurant in the hotel.

Very clean room and facilities, tasty breakfast, good location walkable from metro station, 24/7 hot water supply, decent staff

Not accessibility friendly, need to take the stairs till the 1st floor where the elevator starts, my request for a water bottle was ignored

Best location. Room was kept very neat. Staff were very courteous and polite. AC was in good working condition. Every day the room was cleaned and beds were made properly.

Bathroom was a bit small. Plaster had come off the room wall. A smaller bed with more space to move around the bed would have been better. There should be a proper hall or room for dining.

The location is a bit difficult to find for first time, but once you know it, it's easy. Maybe they can give more details and landmark at the time of booking around how to enter the bldg

I always stay here when I come to Chennai. I have stayed around 10+times in this hotel. Really the best for travellers. The hotels is located in center of the city. When you come out of your hotel you'll step into Pondibazzar where you can find everything from shopping to food.

I love everything with this hotel and location.
