Reception staff very helpful. Bedroom was very clean

Breakfast was hit and miss,plenty of staff but not very well managed. No coffee in the room, kettle but nothing else. Nothing in the room explaining where everything in the hotel was. No television working..

Breakfast was good, mainly catered to the Indian market.

Valentine dinner was a total disaster. The restaurant did not anticipate a full house with walk in customers, and was able to cope with the orders on time. Disabled washroom is the lobby was not cleaned.

When I check in I got one key card later my daughter joined with me, I went to front desk and requested for 2nd key the staff member answered me recklessly and he said they out of key cards. is this the right answer ? I pissed of with answer i Forgot to check his name it was second night

I And even we checked out day I observed that staff helped other customer with luggage up to the card door but they did not helped me it is discrimination i came from USA to visit my family. Really I felt bad

Overall the Stay was good. room and other facilities were good.

The service, specially at the Restaurant has to be Improved. It seems the people there don't care for the guest. if we order something it takes such a long time or even the people forget about the order. This should be Improved to add more stars on service.

TV is only for local tourist, hardly any Hindi or English channels were activated. Not expected from this category hotel built in IT hub where mostly outside travelers would come and stay.

Breakfast. It’s the first meal of the day and should be According to Nizami Cuisine…. My guests got disappointed and they never came back for the consecutive days.

The lobby area is very very excellent

Good place to stay if you are traveling to work. The location is suitable for most tech company visits. Rooms were clean and well maintained, staff was polite and helpful. Breakfast could have been slightly better. Rooms5.0 Service4.0

It was easy and hassel free check in and checkout

The room was not like the one we stayed 4 yrs ago...the room we liked had 2 separate beds and not a queensize bed. So there was no point opting for that one when we checked in as a couple(wife n husband).

I attended the Avasa for a function. Food and facilities provided for the event were great. Room large and comfortable. Reasonably priced.

Hitech city is obviously a little further out from the main sights of Hyderabad.
